Horrible experience! It was our second time there and the “Front of House Coordinator” named Joe Gomez and another lady were so rude to my son’s Special Ed class. They said my son could not sit on his teachers laps to see better (he has a vision impairment). After discussing with Mr. Gomez, they put him back in his wheelchair. They were told that he could not sit with his class either, that he had to be moved to another section.
Also, my son’s teacher was not allowed to take my son, upstairs to change his diaper. Instead she had to go downstairs where there were hundreds of kids that made it hard to maneuver the wheelchair. Last year she didn’t have trouble whatsoever. Wherever my son needed to be sat, she was provided a chair for herself. Also, she was able to use the upstairs restroom to change his diapers.
After I was able to make a verbal complaint to Joe Gomez, he asked “what do you want me to do” very rudely instead of trying to find a way to make better accommodations. He said that they were not expecting that many kids in wheelchairs, so it made it hard for them to be seated with their class. However, that is not my problem. My problem was that seating arrangements for my son who’s in a wheelchair should have been sent to his school when purchasing tickets, especially knowing that it was a Special Ed class.
I felt like my son was being discriminated, and when I tried to be his voice, Mr. Gomez did not attempt to help make it a better experience for him, his teachers, and myself. Instead, I had to argue with him and try to make my points across and missed out on the show for which I paid for. This was all...
Read moreI don't give many 1 star but this place really lives up to it. I went for the Mana concert and I understand that it was a packed concert but if you can't handle that volume, then don't have the concert there. Parking was not suficient so people were parking in vacant lot with 4 feet tall grass. I have a small car and had to go in there with no way out. There is nobody directing the traffic and parking so I didnt realize I was getting into it with no way out because everyone was coming in. Unless you are there hours before then you'll be ok but if you get there on time, forget it. Then, if you want to buy snacks or drinks there is only one stand out of 5 or so that accepts credit card. So the line there was about 45min long. RIDICULOUS that in 2016 vendors at a facility like this only accept cash and not to mention so inconvenient for paying customers. After all, the ticket price does include a charge for the facility. When I decided to go back to my car to look for cash, they gave me the hardest time to get out. One lady said, "you can't get out sir, we are trying to handle 10,000 people." Again, if you can't handle the amount of people don't host a concert of this size. Finding your seat is not hard but since there were no ushers, there were problems like people taking other people's seats. I didn't experiece it but saw it happen. They need more staff, more parking and more organization. I've been to a lot of concerts but this experience was by far the worst. Thankfully, Mana...
Read moreI had my very first concert experience at this arena, and I absolutely loved it. My partner and I had an incredible time together. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, and you could feel the excitement in the air from the moment we arrived. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring it was a memorable night for everyone attending the Grupo Firme concert.
The sound quality was impeccable throughout the venue. Even from the highest seats, where we were, the music was crystal clear and immersive. It was amazing to hear every note and nuance, making us feel fully connected to the performance despite the distance. The acoustics were so well-designed that we never felt like we missed out on any part of the experience.
Additionally, the arena itself was well-organized and clean, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable evening. The lighting and visual effects complemented the music beautifully, adding to the overall spectacle.
I would definitely recommend this arena to anyone considering attending a concert here. Whether you have front-row seats or are sitting in the highest tier, you're sure to have an...
