I took my Tundra in a few months ago because my breaks kept screeching really loudly.. (Tundra 2023). They told me that there were reports of Tundras doing that so parts had to be ordered and replaced but that they were on back order. They assured me theyād call me when received. Like 5-6 months later still no call back so I call myself. Iām told that the adviser that I had previously was no longer there so thatās why nobody had called. Either way they assured me the parts were there so I made an appointment to get them replaced in my truck. Couple days later I call to confirm the appointment is still on, again Iām told the parts are there and they would be replaced. Friday 10/11 comes around, I drop off the truck and im told the parts are there and that they would replace them along w an oil change I requested. Many hours later, they call and tell me the parts are not there and they were never ordered. Someone ordered the wrong parts, some that I donāt need. I only know this because I asked for a supervisor to please explain to me what happened. The supervisor told me someone made a mistake and that is why the parts were not there. I had to wait who knows how long now for the actual parts. This was like 4 hours after I dropped off my truck. I asked if it was ready if the oil change had been done and they said it was still not ready.. they also took care of a recall. I decided to just go and wait for the truck like at 5PM because they close at 6 either way.. I still had to wait for the truck like 30-40 min. Supposedly an oil change was done w a multi point inspection.. but I realized that my tire pressure was off on all 4 tires, which is how it was when I dropped it off. I figured they hadnāt completed the tire rotation or checked the tire pressure which on the printed report it said it was all good and complete. I wonder what else was NOT done and just says it was. I called the adviser and she tells me that I should have to reset the tires myself because they donāt do that⦠which didnāt make any sense. She said sheād call and confirm w the technician that the rotation was done. She couldnāt get ahold of him until the next day (Saturday), of course he told her that I was correct that he didnāt do the rotation/ air pressure check. They asked me to take it in that morning but I couldnāt afford to lose my truck another full day. I tried contacting the supervisor to let him know what had happened and to make sure I could take it in at another time to complete the rotation. I called about 7-8 times asking for the supervisor and every time he was too busy to answer. I left him a couple messages, I was told he knew my information and that he would call me back as soon as possible. Today is Monday and still no call. Iām left to wonder if anyone cares.. is Toyota even performing the services the people are paying for? **Toyota messaged me below.. to call a phone number to discuss this more⦠Iāve called like 5-6 times, they never answer. Voicemail picks up and asks me to leave a message. I do and they never call back. Right after I call, I get a text message asking if we could continue the conversation thru text, to reply āyesā. Iāve replied yes all 5-6 times Iāve called and nobody replies via text either. Why ask me to call and discuss my issue more if theyāre not going to answer or get back to me? Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe service was quick and my service advisor was friendly. The lobby was nice, clean and was playing a really funny movie. Overall the experience was good, my only complaints were there was a weird guy working in the drop off bay that was there when I pulled up that seemed to be trying to keep himself from laughing or mightāve just looked that way, not sure but it made me a bit agitated. The other complaint being that the write up I received at the end wasnāt in color so I couldnāt see the priority level colors for the recommended maintenance that was suggested.
Edit (9/16/2024): Got my car serviced again on 9/14/2024 and the experience was almost a complete 180. I had an appointment for 12:30 PM and I completed the setup online so all the requested services were listed. I also arrived 20 minutes early. I got called to the bay about 30 minutes in, only for my service advisor to ask what services needed to be done, which isnāt a problem but what is the point of me specifying online what service is needed if yāall donāt even bother to review it? From here I didnāt hear anything for nearly 3 hours until I finally asked for a status update via text. It was only then that I was told they were working on my vehicle. Damn near another hour later I got a text that my car was ready. This was a very long and tedious process and I really hope to not have to go through it again anytime soon. However the employees who provide service are untrustworthy and sell you service that they claim they haven't done but when Reviewing the service records (i have every single one on file) the same service has been sold to me several times. So my question is are they even performing the service? I feel like I should receive a refund for the multiple services they claim to have provided but are unclear whether they have been performed or not. It has happened several times where they recommend filter replacements but seem to be unaware that I have aftermarket filters that can be cleaned and reused. So are they even checking the filters? Or are they even performing the 35 point inspection? I took my vehicle in for a radiator flush a few months back and received the vehicle with missing retention clips under the hood. Now it's taken almost 4 months to get new clips provided by toyota for something they lost within minutes. I will continue to go to this service location as it's the only one in town and since I keep all my records if something happens to my vehicle I will be taking them to court if my Vehicle falls into disrepair. If corporate can read this review please get this location into shape and hire competent and reliable technicians. Because this location is giving a bad name to...
