Burgerim Laredo — Restaurant in Laredo

Unlike other reviews posted, I did not had a good experience here.

First thing I was greeted with was the look of annoyed customers waiting for their orders... then while waiting to place my order I find that one of two of the cashier machines broke down, as well as their receipt printer. Also, a suggestion for the owner, if your customers have to raise their voice to place their order and the cashier is obviously leaning forward to be able to hear them, you might want to consider lowering the volume a bit.

I placed and order to go for a crispy chicken burger which is supposed to be served with hot sauce, caramelized onions, mixed greens, pickles and buffalo sauce, instead I got a breaded chicken patty, lettuce, tomato and the buns... no sauce of any kind, onions, greens or pickles (paid $6.99 for this). By the way, when taking my order the cashier asked if I wanted my burger with everything in it, which I confirmed.

The fries are decent, but they where oily and soggy and definitely not any better than ones you could fry at home yourself (these are $2.99 + small drink OR by themselves).

I had to wait close to 40 minutes to get my order, which was to go, so as soon as I got it I drove back to work since I only had 20 minutes left of lunch time which is when I discovered the dry burger I was given.

Personally, I will not be visiting this place again.

TL;DR: bought a burger that was supposed to have around 6 items in it, instead got a burger with none of the extra items shown on the menu and...

There was only one other customer when we arrived in the evening. They were waiting for a takeout order.

There was plenty of room to sit since no one was there but it was uncomfortably warm. We consider leaving due to the temperature in the building.

Glad we stayed though. After we adjusted to the temperature, things were all right. The food was very good. What are pictured are two Angus cheeseburgers, one plain and dry with cheese and one with everything.

As expected since there were no other customers, the burgers were fresh. They also tasted great. Both the sweet potato fries and a regular fries were very good. Love that they were salted just right, meaning I could taste the salt!

Would definitely recommend, but I hope that they fix their air...

First time there, and it was great! The cashier was awesome, the fries were fresh and onion rings were crunchy! I tried the lamb burger, and it was delicious, the yogurt sauce was a surprise yet added a nice fresh taste. If you're a fan of lamb, I recommend it, and if you're a fan of the gamey taste, ask for light sauce. Tried the cookies and cream shake, perfectly sweet and not overbearing. The boneless wings were BOMB, I never tried buffalo with lemon pepper and the awesome cashier recommended it. YUM! A new level of acidity and citrus taste besides the buffalo.

I'd ask for lamb patty with my next burger, now I gotta go and try and their breakfast later! I really enjoyed it, give this place and chance and...
