Gulf Coast Muscle Gym — Attraction in Largo

I have traveled all over the country and every time I am in a new city it is a goal of mine to visit gyms that have that classic body building feel. And I will say gulf coast muscle (GCM) is one of the top gyms that I have been to. I first came to CGM about a year ago traveling for work and absolutely fell in love, it is a private gym and the ppl in there mean business. I am all for ppl going to the gym to better themselves, however going to the traditional box gyms can be frustrating due ppl lallygagging around and scrolling on their phones. I was fortunate enough to start a job in this area and make CGM my home gym. Andrew one of the owners is super great, he trains there and isn’t afraid to have a convo with you if interested! Another thing that I love is they have a tablet where you can select the music to be played, to many of the box gyms have horrible playlists. This again adds to the environment! I would strongly recommend Gulf Coast Muscle Gym for personal training as well as their well equipped facility. I was a high level athlete in my younger years and have been training with Dominic for 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable/educated in all facets of training. (technique, diets, supplements, etc.)
