This limo service company is entirely unprofessional and out of line in so many ways. First, let me say the drivers were extremely professional and kind. This review has nothing to do with the actual driver. However, the limo service company, Imperial One Limousine, is a whole other story. One every customer has the right to give their honest review of their service experience to allow others not to make the same mistake as they have done. This is why there are platforms that allow you to input and share your experiences with others who may need specific services. In this particular case, it is the service of a limousine for a special occasion. My aunt rented out two limousines, from this company, Imperial One Limousine, for her sunset beach wedding this weekend, to experience a world-class chauffeured transportation service, as stated on their website. World-class is the last thing we experience. Like stated in my aunt's review below the limousine smelled like a wet basement, was not fully stocked at all unless you would like to claim fully stock as a half-empty water bottle and on top of it, the limousine had roaches. So, of course, with all of these complaints, you could expect a bad review. What you would not expect is for a so-called professional customer service oriented company to come onto a review platform and blatantly name the client and try to rebuttal and discredit the client in a derogatory manner — trying to embarrass the groom and groom party. Telling an unnecessary private experience about the groom and then calling the grooms family fat "not the size of the limo but the size of the passengers"( Imperial One Limo) is less than professional in any customer service book I know. On top of that to bring my great grandmother, god blessing is 100 years old into your nonsense is flabbergasting. One yes she was sitting in the limo. However, she was not sitting in the limousine alone; she was sitting because it was about to downpour, and she did not want to be in the rain. Two, my great grandmother uses a walker to keep her balance, and it would have been challenging for her to push her walker down to the beach in the sand. So her two nephews sat her in her walker and decided to carry her down the beach. Your fantastic limo driver asked if they could help and her two nephews and your two drivers carried my great grandmother down to the beach so she could see her granddaughter walk down the aisle and get married. So I am not sure why you believed it to be necessary to throw my great grandmother into your unprofessional nonsense. Once again the wedding was on a beach so the sand would have been expected, mainly because it was stated in the contract that the drop off wedding location was a beach. Regards of how you felt about the refund or review, the problem lies that you believe it was an excellent professional choice for your "world-class chauffeured transportation service" to come onto google review and blatantly call your client out by name and then provide embarrassing information about their family is completely mindblowing. The only thing your company has accomplished in your reply would be precisely what the review discussed in the first place, how Imperial One Limousine is an unprofessional chauffeured transportation service that is lacking the main ingredients to a successful, prominent company customer service. Once again, I cannot express how deeply displease my families experience with Imperial One Limousine company was. I would not recommend this company to my biggest enemy in fear that they would have the same horrific experience my family did with this company. I booked a reservation for my daughter's sweet 16. Five minutes before pick up time I was called by the limo driver and he explained he would be 25 to 30 minutes late. I called the limo driver and he explained that a wedding had gone over their time which caused the issue. I then called the office and spoke to a man who did his best to accommodate the unfortunate error. Rather than being picked up by the limo as planned we had to find our own transportation to our reservation. This limo requires 3 hour booking time, which was not an issue. However, due to the error I was told I would receive a two hour credit and only be charged for one hour.
Almost a week later, after not receiving the refund I called the office to inquire. I was told it could take up to a week. Not a problem. Over a week goes by and I'm still not issued the refund so I called the office again to inquire about when I could expect the credit on my account. This is the second time I spoke to a man named Mark. He explained to me that it was a slow time of year for them and they needed to wait for funds to be in the account for them to issue the refund. I was confused by this since I had already paid the full amount and was trying to ask Mark to explain it further when he told me he was becoming irritated with me repeatedly asking questions. He told me not to call again and hung up on me. I tried to call back two more times only for him to pick up the phone and hang up again. I decided to send the company and email on their Facebook page which I'm sure will go straight to Mark himself. Afterwords I called back and asked kindly if there was somebody else in the office I could speak with. Mark started to yell at me and told me to not call again or he would block my number and hung up again!

I received a response on my Facebook comment on their page. “Have patience much? Most of what you wrote isn't true. The photo below shows when you called about a credit. (The photo they posted included my cell phone number, and time I called ) And we were very patient with you today on the first call but by the fourth call asking the same question it did get a bit old. We clearly explained that the person you need to speak with is out of town until Thursday and asked you to wait for his call or call back at that time. Also don't forget to mention that you waited until almost 5:30pm to call today when no one is available that can help you. It's pointless to address each of your lies but the most significant point that needs to be mentioned is that the limo would have been 5 to 10 minutes late and you blew a gasket when we advised you of that. Even though we clearly explained that you would still be almost an hour early for the Drag Show that simply wasn't good enough for you.”
I still have the voicemail left by the limo driver stating he would be about 30 minutes late. And yes, I did call four times. First, my initial call he hung up on me. Not once during our call did I raise my voice. I was simply asking questions. I attempted to call two more times but Mark would pick up and hang up without speaking. Then the fourth when I kindly asked to speak with another person and he then stated he would block my number and hung up on me again.

Read moreI have been meaning to come back to write a review of this company since I had such a bad experience when I booked them for my wedding a few months back just to inform everyone of what kind of professionalism they lack. I booked them because they were the most affordable company I found and they were available for the date which was about 2 weeks from the date I booked since I had decided on going with a limo last minute. What I failed to do was check reviews elsewhere bedsides their website. When I called I booked for February 25th, made my payment in full and provided my email address where the (what I can only assume was the) owner said he'd send my receipt and relevant information. I checked my bank account after to make sure payment was taken so that I was all set but saw there was no email yet. With all the planning I was doing for the wedding I completely forgot about the email until the Thursday before my wedding and saw I still had nothing. I went to look up their number on google to give them a call to make sure everything was still in order when I noticed the reviews and read through and saw some bad experiences noted such as the company writing down the wrong date. When I called the guy said he had just left the office and would call me back the next morning when he was back in. The next morning (day before the wedding) he never reached me so I called him. He reviewed the info with me and said I had booked for Sunday the 26th! I couldn't believe it! I assured him I had said SATURDAY the 25th and he said he himself had written it down and it was all in the email to which I informed him I never received an email and what email he had taken down, well he had taken down the wrong email by being off by one letter even when I SPELLED IT OUT for him. I was horrified as my wedding was THE NEXT DAY and I had planned my schedule for the day counting on having a limo for my bridesmaids and I as my venue was an hour from home. He checked to see if there were any limos available but he didn't and offered a refund which I of course took but was left with the task of trying to find a limo for 10 people for 4 hours the day before it was needed to be booked so I called company after company crying between every call. I guess this experience could had been worse as I read one review where a refund was never made. It was a HORRIBLE experience I will never forget, this guy never apologized and made it seem like I was the one who made the mistake as if I didn't know my own wedding date, what a joke.
