Amorama Latin Night Club — Restaurant in Largo

I have not been here yet, but it's the closest latin club to where I live, though it's still a bit of a drive. I grew up dancing bachata, salsa, merengue, and even some cumbia and rancheros with friends. It would be nice to find a place that plays this variety because that's typically what people that go to a latin club are looking for. There's probably a few that want a reggaeton song here and there. But I've read some reviews that said they played a lot of American music when there were a lot of Americans in there. Well, I'm American but that doesn't mean that I would go to a latin club looking to dance to American music. If I drove out there to dance salsa, merengue, bachata (My favorite), etc and they saw me and started playing American music, that would be pretty annoying. If I wanted to dance to American music why would I go to a latin club? Hopefully, when I do go they are playing...

This Latin night club offers lively Latin tunes and two dance floors, a concrete main floor and a smaller polished wooden floor. I've been to the Amorama club two times. I like it because it's small and all adults. the first time i went was great. the second time, was NOT so great. The music was the problem. the selection of music was fine. the songs was great, but the DJ never let the sound finish. he almost cut every song. thats not good when your dancing and your into the sound that you like and it stops before its over. sometimes even got cut in the middle of the song. MR, DJ, thats not a good thing. I"m going again tonite with some friends and I hope the music problem got better. Also the selection of drinks needs to be larger.
