Update 8/4/2023 I went in and bought this mod when I put the batteries in after I left this was the screen. I called them within an hour of leaving the store. She called her manager then called me back. She told me the manager won't accept a swap out or return but would give me 20% off another one. I just spent close to $200.00 to have a non working mod. Customer service was always good but now that I have a problem I wouldn't recommend going there. I don't know how many people I referred there. It's just sad.

Update 8/8/23 reply to owner: on your disposables yes they are always checked before leaving the store. This was a brand new mod still in the plastic. The sales woman did not unpackage it or anything before handing it to me. She has my number if you would like to call me and discuss...

Very rude employee, first thing they demand is I have a mask. I mentioned I was immunized and per CDC guidelines was not required to wear a mask. This is the only location in Las Cruces failing to honor CDC guidelines, thus I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please educate or replace your staff, and honor the CDC’s assertion that masks are not required. Note this may also be a HIPPA violation, subject to a fine of up to $50,000 dollars.
