I came in and the two reps were having a very load conversation on speaker phone about why they haven’t gotten paid it’s the second week of the month etc etc when they have me WAITING… that’s something that can be done and SHOULD be gone on their personal time or when there are no customers, NOT when there are ppl waiting to be helped… and even if they DID do it while there were ppl waiting to be helped the least they could do is have that conversation quietly/privately so the whole world couldn’t hear them. I’ve been in customer service for many years and I just found that to be extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. Why would you make me wait to be helped when that conversation could happen anytime?? Called Cricket 2nd day after having the phone they said they couldn't do nothing called Samsung they tried very hard to help out but couldn't fix the the problem so Samsung said bring your phone back and exchange it for a new one because it's faulty, now Cricket says that they cannot do anything about it because I was over 7 days, this day being 8th was never told that when I called them the second day....
