I purchased an dresser table but could not set it up because the wrong parts were included and therefore impossible for me to set up myself.
Called furniture world who admitted this particular part has been troublesome. But could not fix the situation unless I get charged another $108
I asked for a refund but I can't return it with out penalties
That sucks but fine... I got screwed over Now I have have no choice but to pay the $108 or loose the money spent already.
For $108 They were suppose to come pick up the unusable part at my place and replace it with a fully constructed one the very next day.
But that was a lie they reschedule on me 7 times It took me 10 days to fix the situation
I literally called this place every day and they had a different excuse for not showing up every time
Had I been given the right piece to begin with I would not have been charged an additional $108 after spending $360
Also while shopping I was so excited to purchase the table but Robert called me impatient while I was shopping.... I think eager was more appropriate. But thatâs not why Iâm upset

When we walked in the girl that helped us told us right Where to go let us look at this stuff and talk amongst ourselves and didnât hang around us looming being pushy to get us to buy something. She waited until we had questions and was extremely helpful. We decided later and that we wanted to buy something different and call to see if the could get it in. The person that answered the phone was very kind Walking me through buying over the phone. the person that helped us with the payment process was extremely helpful she even had to go to a separate location to pull up old records to find the manufacture of old product so that I could find something to match a future perchase she went above and beyond...
   Read moreService when purchasing was great. Unfortunately as soon as we got our bunk bed delivered and set up, the bunk bed rail was broken from the bottom. The store said they have nothing to do about it. Has been a back and forth. They had actual said itâs broken because of us. That we moved the bunk bed. lol I canât even lift it. It was broken and I reported it the next morning after it was installed. Theyâve sent 2 people to go âfix itâ but the guys had no clue what to fix .screws were missing from the drawers too. It has been now 3 months and no answer if itâll ever be fixed. Disappointed of the outcome overall. Would not purchase...
