Update:
I can't go here anymore. First, they raised their prices because of Trump's tariffs(disappointing, but understandable), next they now close on Mondays.. The final straw is when i came in on an extremely busy Saturday, and they have now instituted a "timer policy" whereby they time everyone's massages.
I guess people were complaining that they were not getting equal massage time as part of the pedicure packages that they offer. So, instead of finding a "quiet solution," they decide to get cheap timers that go off every few minutes with a loud, stress-inducing, hurry up and get out of bed because you have to go to work, obnoxious beeping sound that makes the salon time anything but relaxing.
My former favorite technician gave me attitude when i asked for another coat of gel paint on one of my toenails because it looked uneven to me. Mind you, i paid $15 extra for gel polish, and i have to ARGUE in order to get what I want?! Seriously? Additionally, she has always complained about how my skin is "very thick," and she made me feel guilty for the fact that my feet took extra time because of the cuticle i was born with. There's always a passive -aggressive comment or complaint about this, which never made me feel good
Also, my technician was ostensibly irritated with me because i had my nails done at another salon because they are closed on the Monday that i had available to go get them done
The bottom line?
This place went downhill quick, fast and in a hurry. After many years of going here, I've decided that it's not worth it to get a "stressful Mani/ Pedo" and have to deal with a passive-aggressive, moody technician who is mad about the fact that i have cuticle,,(very thick skin) or request an extra coat of paint of a single toe or a reshaping of my (almost never,) even nails.
You've lost a customer, Lotus nails. Back to the drawing board....+sigh*
Previous review: Everyone here is very friendly and kind. Sofia (the owner) is at the top of her game, and she always makes people feel welcome. She also is amazing at designs. All you have to do is show her a picture, and she'll make it happen!
I only trust my toes to Mindy because she takes care of my awful, stubborn ingrowns in a way that actually makes them grow in correctly the next time.

They talk about you real nasty in their language They yell at you for their mistakes Bad English Very judgemental Gets upset when they fix mistakes made by nail tech. (The wife) They don't do pointy nails ( after I called and the husband said YES) Very impatient lady (the wife/owner) Nail tech (the wife) is terrible at filling and shaping nails cut me several different times because she said this is the way she does pointy nails ( naw she didn't know what she was doing ) Showed her a picture from Pinterest, she did the total opposite. Smh. Then told me she had an appointment her husband would finish what she started (no appt. She lied no one ever came it was 2 people in the salon)
The wife (owner) yelled at me, I never caught an attitude and spoke with a very low tone because it was such a beautiful morning my spirits were high I was vibrating on a good frequency.
I gave up talking to the wife. She wouldn't calm down and stop yelling at me. I just burst out in tears. 35yrs old crying at a nail salon. Smh. Never will I go back. They need a lesson on customer service. The wife is a joke she is too small to have such a big attitude.
She tried to give me an excuse about how she deals with a lot of different people. When she saw me crying . I told the wife I work at a gas station I deal with homeless people, zombies, drunks, meth heads, geekers, smokers, tweakers, shop lifters, etc. But that does not give me the right to yell at them. Especially if they're not threatening me or my store.

Read moreI’ve been here 3 times and won’t ever go back. The workers here prioritize the rudest customers, the most impatient people. I kindly asked to have dip removed from my fingernails and I wanted a regular coat of colored polish because I needed to take a break from the dip. The nail tech straight up refused to give me a color and convinced me to put on a clearcoat. She didn’t even keep me at the station to put the clearcoat on, she sent me over to the drying area with the UV lights and then came in hastily plastered an ugly pinkish clear coat on my nails, swearing up and down that if I did color it would just chip. well no duh. But I’m a customer asking for colored polish. Again she refused and told me the clear looked good, this was because there was a another customer in the waiting area making a stink about how long she had to wait, she was starting to get impatient so the nail tech doing my nails rushed me away. it’s really odd because I was very polite to her, wasn’t rude even though I was very frustrated that she wasn’t willing to paint color on my nails, and I won’t return because obviously unless you’re willing to bulldoze the nail tech, you won’t get what you want. Also I’ve been here for pedicures twice and the techs are just lazy. They are on auto pilot. I told him I’m ticklish and please don’t use the callus remover on certain parts of my feet, he did it anyway.
