Go Gadgets Tech Repair Center — Attraction in Las Vegas

At first, dealing with Go gadgets was a headache, we were lied to numerous times, and the service was not done correctly all due to one employee. Originally I had just gone to get my iPhone 7+ screen repaired and we had two choices of what screen we wanted, OEM or aftermarket, and both choices were pretty much the same, with the OEM feeling just a little bit better, and having better quality, but the OEM was not OEM come to find out, it was OEM like, and the screen was very unreliable, even though the guy said it was OEM, it was not. The guy also installed a new home button, something that I had never asked him to do, and this fake home button would drain my battery very quickly because it was a fake Bluetooth home button. A couple of weeks go by and the button starts to fall off, a day later, the button completely rips off the phone. We take the phone back to Go gadgets, and tell them about our problem, the owner who was in the office, walks out and helps with the problem, I am telling him the story of how it all happened and how we were treated, and he says that's not right, and how the guy who fixed my phone no longer works with the company. He gives us a complete refund and offers to take it to apple on his own time, and pays for the repairs. We book an Apple appointment right then and there, and he takes the phone and brings it to Apple the very next day (Due to the phone not having a home button). I get a receipt saying that the phone was paid for and it is ready for pickup, and when I return to Go gadgets the next day, my phone is in a protective sleeve working like new. The owner shakes my hand and also gives me another screen protector for if anything happens. You can really tell that customer service is his number 1 priority! It was a completely different experience than the first time I took my phone in. The owner did state this was not the way they do business, and he reviewed the whole situation and realized we were telling the truth, and his former employee was in the wrong! He apologized numerous times and made everything right. I would highly recommend Go gadgets to anyone who is wanting an honest, reputable, and customer-driven business to fix their phone, apple watch, or iPad. and if you do have a problem try and speak with the owner to resolve it. He will listen to your problems and help make the situation right to help fix your device and get it working...

Went in on my lunch break too get my screen fixed. When I got too the counter it was a young black girl and I believe a Asian descent girl hell I don’t know anyway , the black girl told me my options and said it will be ready In two hours , I said your not going too lock my phone correct ? She says nope just fix the screen. Three hours go by I’ am now off work . Walk in greet them , the Asian descent or whatever she was comes too the counter I say hello im here too pick up my phone She immediately says did we call you? I started looking confused of course I said nope you have my phone . She says well what’s the number we was supposed too call you on ? Again I’m confused I say I never provided a number the young lady behind you said come back in two hours and it’s been three. The girl comes over and says oh yeah this is her phone , as I’m taking my receipt and my card out of my purse the girl tells me my price she hands me the phone which is all NEW looking . I hand over my card she swipes I signed . Than As I’m putting my card in my wallet i press the button on the front of my screen it says phone locked ???? I say excuse me why is my phone locked the Asian descent chick instantly gets in defense mode and calls someone from the back who immediately charges too the front he was tall brown skin with curly hair he walks up too me and says we don’t unlock iPhones if we knew how too do that we will be MILLIONAIRES??? I’m confused again because I knew a few places that did it but didn’t feel like taking that drive. I said well when I came in here my phone was not locked in the black chick told me you were only going too fix my screen not lock my phone the man starts yelling its not his fault and he can put my phone back the way it came and get my money back. (At this point he is angrier than me ) so I ask him why are you so angry ?? You locked my phone ! By you putting my phone back the way it came is not going too solve the fact that my phone is locked !!!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRAZY PPL I think the man who was talking too me was high on drugs for the past few days and was on a come down . I went too my number one place on paradise by the airport && guess what they had it...

I haven’t gone to go gadgets in years. However, in November I decided to go back to have a cracked screen replaced on my iPhone. My iPhone had no issues prior to the repair, other than the fact that the screen was very cracked. The only issue is that it was ugly cosmetically. I took my phone to go go gadgets and they repaired the screen. Ever since the repair, my screen is extremely non-responsive and it constantly freezes. I can be on the phone and I can’t hang up because the screen does not respond to touch. It freezes and often makes random calls on its own. I took the phone back and a very beautiful and polite young lady at the front counter counter, suggested that it needed a reset, so she reset the phone. However, that did not change the problem. I do not live anywhere near Go Go gadgets but I chose to take it back for them to fix what they had done wrong. I knew that it was something going on beneath that screen that was preventing me from using my phone like I was able to use it before. The man repaired it again, replacing my screen for the second time. Again, same issues with my phone. Again, I did not have these issues with my phone prior to the screen being repaired even though it was cracked. I took it back for a third time and the man took the screen off while I stood there and he told me that everything underneath the screen was fine and that because I had an aftermarket screen that was the problem and I would need to have it replaced with a brand new Apple screen and that they had to order the screen because they didn’t have one in the store. I was told that I would be given a discount. There is no way that I am going to pay again for another screen. I have had an iPhone with an aftermarket screen and have never ever ever had issues. This time taking my phone to go go gadgets was a regret. My phone was damaged and I will not be going back to go gadgets....
