Hair N Motion — Attraction in Las Vegas

I been a customer for 9 months never missed an appointment nor have I ever had an issue but today let me explain; every time I contact Gwen I normally have no problem but Now I see what people are saying about the service. Today I contact Gwen since I told her I would have surgery and be out for 2 months well she told me to contact her once I’m able to get my hair done I did!!! So 1#she didn’t know who I was and 2# she was very rude!! Instead of saying hello I’m not working today or I’m open after the holiday I get a very disrespectful text. I really liked coming here but I found a great salon closer to my home which let me remind you I dive 35-40 min to get to Gwen to get my hair done. My friend recommended me and she stopping going to Gwen 3 months ago due to her attitude!! I thought it was a misunderstanding because I never received that treatment from her but today I was wrong. As a great customer who tips and shows up on time I should never be approached with an attitude just to get my hair done. Good thing I found a new place and was able to get my hair done today and for 75.00 be careful and make sure you find a stylist that cares and also has a great customer service attitude. Gwen definitely lost me...

Gwen is an excellent hair stylist! I have been going to her since I have moved here and I show up on time, never have to wait, and she is a MIRACLE WORKER when it comes to hair. I’ve had transitioning natural hair for years and it’s so hard to manage and I’ve had silk presses done before but NONE can be compared to Gwen’s skills and talents. Everyone compliments my hair and I tell them where to go if they like it. I will continue to go to Gwen and I highly suggest people go to her as well. I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. This was my first time getting my hair cut so I was really scared and nervous! I spoke with Gwen she got me booked the same day which is really amazing because I was having a hair crisis. Once I arrived at the shop she was on time and ready to go. After 30 min of knowledgeable conversation and interaction I knew I was going to just fine. She was very vibrant and knowledgeable she put my mind to ease right away . She worked with me and my difficult thick 4c hair that always fights me back lol. Thank you so much Gwen 😁 I highly recommend...
