I wouldn't take my best friend here! Nor would I take my dog. They shot the moon and have zero understanding for a great customer service experience.

Upon watching the bartender scroll through his phone on duty, it was apparent that he wanted to be somewhere else.

After a debacle of not being able to provide the advertised player's card gaming promotion, I expressed that they are losing players by not being able to accomodate advertised promotions. The bartender's exact words, "No. Were are not losing you!" in a stern, strong armed tone.

Yes, indeed they did. Upon not playing the bartender did not know how to properly address the situation or express any genuine concern. Again, the exact words, "It's probably best you don't play here anyway."

I was ridiculed by him "playing with me", as he stated, repeating the same thing over and over attempting to get a last word in.

This is NOT an ideal representation of customer service. I ushered myself out the door, without anyone asking, trying to get my friend out with me. Other patrons started chiming in and egging on the situation without the bartender attempting to calm or disperse the situation.

What have we learned? Customer service is key to developing repeat business. Providing advertised gaming promotions is essential to give a return value or incentive to entertain the gaming experience.

Since I'm a die hard Buffalo Bills fan since 1969 I thought it would be something to see, since I'm from Hawaii and visiting Las Vegas. The place was amazing! This is a Bills Mafia Bar with paraphernalia and Bills Mafia items for sale. This is a dive bar/gaming establishment! The bartender who served us was named Meghan. She definitely was an experienced bartender who knows how to tend a bar and so friendly a true professional. The service was exceptional and the list of beers served was more than you can imagine plus a fully stocked bar.. Plenty of parking & well lit! The atmosphere was excellent. My daughter & I felt very much at home. Video gambling games are at each chair at the bar making for some fun while you enjoy your favorite drink. I did not have enough time to try the items on the menu however the patrons said I should stay and at least try the wings & pizza. I will definitely return on my next visit to try the food. How upsetting that I came to order food at 10:00 AM, go to the door is locked so I ring the doorbell and staying there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to open up so when I finally give up I go to the car and call to just ask are you guys open or close? The owner or manager decide to say it’s her bar it’s a private party ….! and I mentioned that you could put a sign out to let other customers know that you guys are not allowing entry instead of us just standing outside ringing and waiting and knocking at the door .
