Cornerstone Furniture — Local services in Paradise

This store offers "knock-offs" only. I find out only after I ordered a leather sectional that cost me 3,500 plus tax and a delivery fee of 250.00. The total cost was well over 4 thousand.

I could have purchased it in actual leather from original manufacturer for less.

I ordered the "Polaris" sectional in a custom color and was told that it would take 6 to 12 weeks. After 5 months I received it only to find that is was crooked and worse, that it was not leather. It was sold to me as a leather but what I have in my living room was later found to be a product called "bonded leather". The" bonded leather" does have some leather in it but, I paid for leather!

When I addressed the store owner (Rafael) he proceeded to tell me that the damages were inherent to the product? What? I was shocked that he couldn't even agree that the back off the sofa should be straight.

After their delivery service forced me to keep the wrong piece in my home, I ended up stuck with it. After Rafael hung up the phone on me, I called his brother. But, his brother only offered the same excuses, surprise!

I highly recommend doing a thorough shopping escapade in Vegas. We actually came onto a furniture store that has a legitimate reputation and bought a beautiful dining table at least they restored my faith with an expedited order that was exactly what they promised.

Very professional staff! The customer service is fantastic and the delivery guys are quick and get the job done with no damage to the furniture. They carry very nice and sleek modern furniture that will exceed your expectations. I would recommend Cornerstone to all my friends and family. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to with this company. If you want modern furniture with great prices and all around great service, go here!

Update 2022 (above review is from 2019) Still the same fantastic service I received previously. I decided to complete the set I already had and purchased the dresser and nightstand this time around. The delivery guys were amazing, and delivered the furniture fast and were super mindful of our house. Liz was super helpful in getting me a replacement handle for the dresser. I found Cornerstone Furniture while searching for a bar height cocktail table with a marble top. It was a Sunday afternoon so many of the furniture stores were closed… there was an option to chat on the website and I was pleasantly surprised to realize I was chatting with someone who knew their products and policies… I decided to drive over to their store the next morning and met Liz … she remembered me from the chat and shared the specie table we discussed was not available until September … I ask if she had anything in stock. Liz showed me around … the store is filled with unique and beautiful furniture plus accessories…Liz showed me the only table in stock similar to what I wanted … we talked about it and I decided it would work wonderfully … a few phone calls later the table was delivered the next morning!!!
