Massage Well — Attraction in Las Vegas

First time coming and already impressed by how welcoming staff were, the ambiance and neat/clean/spacious this spa was!

There are so many rooms. The convenience of having their own restroom in their hall to use without having to go outside.

When you sign in, they provide an assessment sheet to mark on the silhouette where you need the therapist to focus more on and a number pressure scale. The wait also didn’t take long.

Sure their prices may be more expensive than others but, I can understand due to inflation as they are a business and need to earn money too. However, this spa gives a professional setting so I am sure this could be a factor as to why their prices is higher because of the standards they are trying to maintain, which shows.

I had asked for whoever was available and Jerry was my therapist. I appreciated his effort to communicate in English. He massaged only in the areas where it was sore and painful due to my auto accident. Pressure was just right like I marked on the sheet you fill in. I feel less tension on my neck and back. He also doesn’t use his phone while working on a customer unlike some spas I have been to, where there isn’t any peace because the staff and some customers had no respect for others who paid and were there to be massaged. Therefore, all these observations I really appreciated, and will definitely come back to recommend my love ones to give this exceptional place a chance.

My wife and I recently booked a two-hour couples massage at Massage Well in Las Vegas, and while the massage itself was adequate, the experience was soured by a blatant pricing issue. Before our appointment, my wife called to confirm the details and was clearly quoted $160 for the complete couples package. She even repeated the price multiple times during the call to ensure there were no misunderstandings. However, when it came time to pay, the total was inexplicably $320—plus tip. We were stunned. Tipping aside, this feels dishonest. The discrepancy wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and while the front desk had a sign with pricing, it was easy to overlook—especially when you've already confirmed a rate over the phone. A couples massage should be treated as a single package, not charged per individual. Nearly every other massage establishment we’ve visited in Las Vegas charges as a unit—not à la carte. Even by Las Vegas standards, doubling the price post-service is absurd—especially when it contradicts what was confirmed in advance. It felt misleading at best, and at worst, a bait-and-switch tactic. We strongly recommend that potential customers insist on written confirmation of all pricing before committing to any services at Massage Well. We called for a last minute couple massage ($160), and they were able to accommodate our request for 2 female masseuses in a couple room. Massage Well is located inside a shared building but they have clear signs, making it easy to find the location on second floor. The one thing that we do not like - and this is true for all massage places - is mandatory tip, and they do that here. As of May 2024, it's $20 minimum for a 60 minutes massage.

My husband loved his massage with Anna (I think) while I had a different experience. I'm not sure who I got, but this lady did not provide hard pressure like I requested and had no technique. For my specific massage, heat was a consistent theme which I did not enjoy. I know warm towels, hot stones, and hot oil are common in massage but everything this lady use was hotter than the usual temperature for these items. She also physically produced heat on legs by quickly rubbing me back and forth; luckily there was no chaffing, but I was confused on the purpose of this "technique". (My husband said his masseuse did not do that.) Not once did this lady ask if the pressure or temperature was okay.
