Update: the owner contacted me shortly after my review. He made a lier out of me because we did return after being offered a pass to get a better experience.
I noticed they now have better signage for forms as well as ropes to better organize the line. There was also more seating for adults to sit and watch the kids. Definitely a better experience and top customer service from the owner which was greatly appreciated. He really wants guests to have a great experience and it shows.
My child was invited to a b day party here and since i have other kids i thought we would all hang out while waiting. I will NEVER return!! Zero organization and be prepared to be nickel and dimed.
A few rotten things I noticed:
You walk in to a cluster by the door, parties and regular jumpers are mashed together. But don't be fooled you need to make your way around the clump to get to the waiver computers that have ZERO signs or let you know to fill out first BEFORE you get in line. We made that mistake and was told with a condescending smirk well I don't think the line will be to long when you get back in it.
Even though I payed for a 16yr to jump you need someone 18yrs or older to help children 1yr "so you can get them off the Trampoline if they need help". Sooooo my 16yr old can legally drive get a job but not get a child off a Matt? Must pay full price for an adult to do that task.
We had grip socks but doesn't matter you need jump socks with there logo on it for $5. When I expressed frustration to the other adult I was with Caleb (general manager) at the desk asked me "would you allow your kids to put things in there mouth where you don't know where it's been? Well we have the same concept"... unless you require new socks for each visit that theory is false. Ps they don't.
I also saw the GM walking on the attractions multiple times with his shoes (no ninja logo). Due to many attractions getting broken and closed to be fixed.
We left early due to the kids saying they were board and in the span of less then 90min 2 attractions were closed and a kid was injured due to staff not realizing a Cushion wasn't fully inflating.
Maybe if they payed more attention to the attractions and less on the brand of socks people have there would be less accidents.
Caleb did a great job on reciting his employee handbook but a horrible job with service or customer retention. Spare your wallets and guests if you host a birthday party and go to the many other Trampoline parks that are actually fun AND cost efficient. Flip N out xtreme for example let's you bring your own grip socks, cost less, and has...
Read moreTo start this place has so much potential, there is a huge lack of organization, and management and its apparent. We were here for a birthday party, our first time experiencing this place, have been to many other indoor trampoline parks…there is no way I would ever pay to have my kids come especially on a weekend day. It was beyond over crowded, people weren’t watching their kids, and there is zero common sense or common courtesy. The staff is a bunch of extremely passive and scared teens that definitely don’t have the training to enforce any kind of structure. There was so much trash in the dodgeball area, teenagers were just hogging and lounging on the trampolines. There was a group of girls that were just sitting in the silks pit not using them and not allowing others to play with the equipment, causing other parents to have to speak to them THAT IS AN EMPLOYEE MEDIATION SITUATION. An employee should be telling the girls that the area is to be used to its intended purpose not a hang out spot. Of course this causes two parents to have to butt heads because they’re defensive over kids. That’s how fights happen by the way… all an EMPLOYEE would have had to do is ask the girls to please lounge in the designated seating areas. The trampolines zero safety, and EMPLOYEE could just announce “walk ON the blue” over and over to avoid collision. There is ZERO security…they advertise this place as a safe play space for kids, absolutely not.. there is a ramp that is not manned by anyone leaving it wide open for anyone to come and go, and since people dont watch their kids a missing child situation is just bound to happen. Over all I absolutely wouldn’t be going there again unless big changes have been made. It’s...

Prices were higher when we arrived then what was online, it was only a few dollars but it was still higher nonetheless. There's no water fountain and the soda machine and icee machine were out. Ended up buying a water bottle and just refilling it in the bathroom. Just to get to schertz was almost $60. Socks for $1 a piece by the time we left they already had holes in them. The workers were not very attentive and somebody will end up getting hurt especially on that zip line as I saw several kids almost break their neck coming down that thing. The bigger kids kind of ram the park so the smaller kids were pushed off the trampolines at times. Most of the parents are simply on their cell phones and not paying attention anyway so you really need to watch your children because nobody else is watching theirs. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and very patient with me as I had lots of issues as you can see 😂 We ended up spending almost $200 for less than 2 hours for four kids one of which was 4 so he was $16. I was really glad to see the prices to get in were so reasonable because other trampoline parks charged about the same price so to be a branded theme park was awesome. Would be great to have a water fountain & a "chill" zone so the kids can cool off. The obstacle course is impossible for younger kids definitely built for athletic adults as the sections of the course were not built for...
