Worst opticians I have ever experienced in my life! I made my first appointment, which I had to cancel due to a migraine. The female that I spoke to was not happy that I cancelled and told me in no uncertain terms that if I cancelled another appointment then they would charge me. I was so upset I hung up, she made me feel as though I was lying just to get out of an appointment, people that suffer with migraines know that it would be pretty useless turning up for an eye appointment with migraine! My husband talked me into making a second appointment, which I kept, and I liked Dr Jordan. At the time of the contact lens fitting Dr Jordan did say that it wouldn't be perfect, which I put his comments down to me having the start of a migraine. I ended up getting the trial contacts anyway, the only thing is when I was able to wear the contact, I noticed I couldn't see, anything. So I called to make a appointment to go back in. I was told they couldn't get me in, I told them I could wait until they had an appointment it wasn't urgent as I had my glasses, again I was told they couldn't get me in, but I could go in to sit and wait. I asked what the point of this was as I could waste a whole day without being seen, the person then said oh we'll make sure we see you before closing! If you make sure you see walk ins, why can't you get me in any other time? At this point I asked for my prescription to be emailed to me, and I've gone elsewhere to fill it. Read moreMy daughter who is in 7th grade fell and broke the arm of her glasses, we were thankful to learn our warranty was still active. We called to report the issue, and since we are currently out of state asked that while they waited for the new frames to arrive in the office if she could continue to wear these and we would mail then. We were told no that they were not allowed to make a claim without having the glasses in the store for verification. We were then instructed to send a text with images of the frames and scratches on the lenses. We did, but still had to send them first. My daughter has no other set, but we sent them in assuming it would be a short process. A few days later we are called and told her frames are on back order, and would not be available for several weeks. We understand they cannot control the quantity. However, they can control the fact that their team did not look to verify that those frames were in stock, or could be order quickly, and I say team because the girl we originally talked with put us on hold and spoke with the Optician before the final verdict of needing them in store. So now we are entering week three of no glasses, and still no ETA on when we will get them back. So my 12 year old now has to deal with headaches, visual issues with school, and the constant squinting to try and read anything she needs to complete school and her daily life. Read moreA year ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Radtke and everything went smoothly. This time around a year later a second appointment on 1/21 it didnt go to well. I came in for contact fitting appointment and to get new glasses since mine are broken, I did all the eye check ups and everything and went it came down to picking my glasses with the associate she was forcing me to buy a 6 month or a year supply of contacts when I havent even tried the contacts on for more than 5 minutes. Like Im still doing the trial and determining what I want to get, but she kept insisting and pushing on getting the 6 month or year supply with a discount on the glasses. I felt really uncomfortable and felt like I was at a car dealership or something. Well I politely kept telling the associate I havent tried my contacts on and Ill give you guys a call.
Well I picked out new glasses and the associate tells me the glasses will be done within 3 to 5 days and it will be expedited since my glasses are broken and being held up by tape. I asked and confirmed if the glasses will be in at that time frame since ill be going out of town and need the new glasses and need it to drive. Well I called today on 1/27 and they tell me my glasses are probably coming in on Monday 1/30 which is the day I start my trip.
