Do not go to this location! Do not use the hydro beds since homeless people sleep in them overnight. Machines are often broken and the 30 minute circuit room is mostly used for people that want to use their phones which renders the room unusable.

Dee is the worst, I brought these items to her attention and she lectured me on how I was wrong until I just walked away from her.

Dee definitely made my decision to cancel my membership of 2+ years easier when the other employee was busy at the desk and waved Dee to come over to help me, Dee decides to change all the trash cans before helping me. I told her that I wanted to cancel and she becomes incredibly dismissive and turns her completely attention to other guests while coldly ordering me through her computers prompts. She doesn’t understand the process enough to answer any of my questions and ignores my last question and starts talking to another customer.

Dee told me to write this review for her when I walked through the door. She told me that I needed to help her gain exposure and to write that this was the cleanest location.

I can’t stand when people ask me to lie for them, I would’ve just dealt with it quietly, but here I am going to sign up for lvac across the street

I went there early morning on Wednesday at 12:15 am to try to tan. I have had zero issues at other locations. On the app it clearly shows BLACK CARD MEMBERSHIP, there were two people working there who were both incompetent. One was a blonde named Michelle, she was too busy eating her dominos pizza she had delivered to care. The next one, the one who clearly didn’t know what she was doing was a tanner one with dark brown hair and green in it. She saw I had a black card membership and kept telling me repeatedly “no you don’t that’s not what you’re paying for” I asked if she had a manager on duty and she replied “this location doesn’t have managers” when I asked other locations if this was true they said she was “crazy and lying”.

I then got home and tried calling so I could be transferred to the manager and each time they would pick up they would hang up. I don’t recommend going to this location. The workers that I had an experience with were lazy, they were uneducated in how to push a button for the tanning beds, and just mean because they kept hanging up when I tried to speak to a manager.

Checking the cameras is what I would do especially if your workers are eating pizza on the floor...

I have been going to fitness centers for years. If you are looking for a body building focus then this is not necessarily your cup of tea. But if you are into shaping up, dropping fat and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in a laid-back format this is your place. Yes, the people who work there are not as out-going as one would desire in a sales unit. One or two reach out and get to know their clientele but most stay behind the desk and will answer questions if you ask which is perfectly legitimate but rather a cold customer relations strategy. Machines are kept clean, operational and quickly maintained if needed. No problems there. Most clients follow the rules and everything runs smoothly. Too many spend too much time getting their dopamine fix through whatever social-media account dealer-man they use and spend long periods of time sitting in an hibernation state on a machine until you hungrily ask them a question regarding availability, and they reply with glazed eyes and "sure, man. 1 more set." and go back to la-la land. I lived through the 1960's in Chicago Wells Street...... Rules say take addiction into the lobby.......But the reality is different....Not angry, just an...
