I was brought into the store on false promise. I have 10 gold silver maples, which is 9999 fine gold and frankly the finest gold coins on the market. I tried having a thoughtful conversation but was told I had "nothing special" and that they actually know the business, meaning I don't I guess. The price of spot gold was $1867. They offered $1800 per coin when I can go to virtually any reputable dealer in town and get spot. That's $670 they tried to rip off from me. Their attitudes were horrible. I was brought there under false pretenses and then they tried to undersell me like I'm a fool. I do not make negative reviews, I think it's a very serious thing as a small business owner myself. Sahara Gold and Silver Buyers offered the highest price for my junk silver over the phone and was extremely quick to sort out everything and get me paid. The owner and I were making small talk and I mentioned I took a bus to get there and was going to take a bus home which made him concerned for my safety since I'd be carrying a large sum of cash for a long period of time with potentially dangerous people nearby. He insisted that I get a ride with his son home and his son offered to take me to a nearby bank for me to make a deposit, waited outside, and gave me an 11 mile car ride home afterwards which saved me several hours of time. Took two watches in that had stopped working. One was a Citizen Eco-Drive which I got years ago as a gift. Greg special ordered a battery for me and it came and was installed in 2 weeks. He also explained how it worked with the sun and ensure it stays charged for the next 10 years! The other watch is a wind up from my great grandmother, which just needed to be wound.
