My experience at this store was terrible. I came in with my receipts and my 4 glass jars that wasn't an (unopened item) but in GREAT CONDITION . I went up to the cashier that worked around 1:30PM on Monday October 17th 2016 and I told her that I needed to return my jars. She grabbed my jars and placed them on a closed aisle/register & said "well we don't do returns we do exchanges ". I asked the cashier is there any documentation that I can see where the return policy is so that I know next time ? & the cashier said (with attitude) "Go see the manager". At this point I felt like I was treated with total disrespect because the cashier REFUSED to tell me the return policy. However , I walked over to the managers(His name was Dustin) office & asked him what is your return policy ? He then told me it depends on the item. For example , if it's headphones or an wrapped item you can exchange it. But if it's something like a glass jar, there's a possible refund depending on how it looks(the condition) . I showed him the jar and explained to him how rude his employee was at the register and he acted very nonchalant and continued to give a terrible apology with a grin on his face. To defuse the situation I went to get the same value item and a customer that was in line told me that I can skip her because she seen how bad the manager (Dustin) treated me. He then told me to go to the end of the line because I didn't ask him to skip the line. I politely told him that your nice customer allowed me to do so. The manager then refused to check me out and told me to leave the store. I told him that I'm exchanging my items like he told me to and I have my prior receipts so why should I have to leave ? I then told him that I will go to corporate and handle this a little more professional then he would and he then responded and said "ha ha, I bet I'll still have my job". This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced in my life and I felt treated unfairly. Never again will I buy from this...
Read moreI’ve been shopping here since 2014 when Mr Alfred was the store manager. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service like I’ve experienced in this last few weeks of this new “store manager” Dwaine starting. He’s very unprofessional and very much so confrontational. I’ve witnessed him telling one of his female employees that he’ll fire her if she doesn’t listen to what he says because it’s “his” store and he’s not there to make friends. He’s very much so infatuated with this one female cashier and allows her to ring up customers without even greeting them. He was very rude to this elderly Jamaican lady once before while I was shopping. He told her that she couldn’t come back. He kept harassing my sister when she would speak to him while we were leaving out and conversing with a female employee, which made her not want to come back tbere. He even got mad with me because I didn’t want to talk to him. I even saw him outside standing by a KIA smoking weed. Read moreVisited this location today and of course can't leave without a complaint. There was both a female and male cashier at the time of my shopping. I went to the female cashier only for her to look at me with an attitude and shoo me to the male cashiers register. My assumption was she was closed however I look over as I'm leaving and see her still checking people out. Now my question is why did you cause me to have to wait longer in a separate line only for you to take two other people and have your phone out and be having personal conversations at the register with another worker. These are the workers that bring companies down and have the audacity to feel they are too good for their chosen employment. This was a piss poor visit...
