Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lauderhill

One of the worst experiences I've ever had picking up takeout at any restaurant!! I'm very disappointed as I get Little Caesars all the time. I've never had a problem. From the moment we walked in we were getting dirty looks. I was there with my two children one whom is special needs. My son was a little excited it's summer 4th of July and he got tired of waiting for our food. He kept opening the door. I went after him to tell him to stop opening the door and then he fell into the corner next to the door and slammed the back of his head into the tile wall. When I asked for a manager. Angel walked up and I told her that my son fell and hit his head. She said "Okay what's that got to do with us!? He was playing and you weren't saying anything to him. " Which was not true I was saying something to I actually walked towards him and was telling him to stay away from the door! She was very nasty very rude when I asked her if She was very nasty very rude when I asked her if She was going to report and write an incident on it. She said " There's no incident to report; he didn't fall on something it wasn't our fault! " When I asked for her name she walked away!! The cashier in the front gave me her name but she was also laughing and giving looks. I don't appreciate that as my son is special needs and I have the documentation to prove it. I was just trying to enjoy an afternoon with my children on the 4th of July and feed them before we went to the pool. I'm very upset right now with the treatment we got. Thank God my son seems to be okay for now. These managers and employees should be really taught how to treat...

My experience? TERRIBLE! I attempted to call in but the phone just kept ringing. I thought there was something wrong with the phone system but when I got to the store I found that the issue wasn't the phones, it was the employees! I heard the lady tell another employee to let the phone ring so she can clear the guests in the lobby. There were almost a dozen indviduals waiting in the lobby. Almost all of them already paid. Interestingly, several of their orders were waiting in the warmer but the lady up front was too preocupied with trying to process the orders in order that she left several people waiting for 15 mins for "hot and ready" pizzas. Then to top it all off after I paid for my order and waited 15 minutes for the two pizzas I ordered I was told that the other girl in the back "forgot" to make the second pizza and I would have to wait another 10 minutes to have it cooked. 10 minutes later the two employees on staff got help from a third employee who just got on shift. Unfortunately, this girl was pretty useless herself because she was dragging her feet despite the dozen people in the lobby and the phone ringinf off the hook. And she was rude. It's obvious that no one on payroll at this store has any regard for customer service from management to staff. Safe to say this place will never again be getting any of my hard earned money. This literally was the worst pizza/ crazy bread experience I've ever had in my life with Little Caesar's and I've been eating it Since a kid. The crazy bread wasn't cooked and was absolutely unedible there was almost two full garlic cloves worth of garlic on the bread and drenched in butter and or garlic sauce. I literally poured the liquid out of the bag and wiped off as much of the garlic as I could but then add the bread seemed as though it was raw I truly thought this atrocious crazy bread was intended for someone trying to get revenge or something. I won't ever return to this little Caesar's again. Literally could not eat. Then the pizza had way way too much red sauce save almost no cheese it seemed as though it had to have been this person's first pizza. This location had not been the best to begin with but they have gone down hill completely. Add in my fiance had to wait an extra twenty minutes in line when we ordered ahead of time to use the pizza portal but he wasn't able to retrieve our food because although it was "ready" I use that term loosely, they had failed to enter our code for him to open the food portal with our code.
