Let's talk about it. Food was subpar and cold. Not even Luke warm. Straight up cold. The staff was unfriendly and had an attitude as soon as I walked in. Maybe they were having a bad day but customer service normally sets the tone of the experience. On top of that I asked for jerk chicken and after she said they don't have that someone told her to look in the kitchen then she came back with the same stink attitude and said she had what I was asking for a small jerk chicken just the chicken smh $12 then $1 per festival that was fresh and tasteless. When I got home and opened the box for 1 the food was refrigerator cold with a little warmth on the surface from the gravey they put on it to make it look fresh. Trust and believe I brought the food back and got a refund which they decided to only give me $11 back because I put pepper on the chicken. The food here is disappointing but the service I received was worst. I ordered Salt Mackerel and White Yam from the breakfast menu. The server told me that I could not get only white yam, I had to take either banana or dumpling with it. Even after I explained that I don’t eat banana or dumpling he continued to share the banana and insisted that I had to take it otherwise I cannot get the food. There was another customer in there say “Give the lady what she wants.” Im not really the type to argue, and since I know I have choices...... needless to say I will not go back there. I've gone here so many times and just this week I have concluded that this place is best for breakfast only. Their lunch is really regular, sometimes downright terrible, even though I appreciate their variety. However they're more miss than hit.

Their breakfast though!!! Whoever is cooking really seems to put all their love and effort into breakfast, leaving nothing behind for lunch. The ackee and saltfish is so good.
