I recently had a fantastic experience at Raymour & Flanigan while searching for a new bed with my fiancé. I must say, the level of assistance and attention to detail provided by Eric was absolutely outstanding.

We ended up purchasing a Beautyrest Black bed with an adjustable base, along with some plush Beautyrest pillows.

   Read moreI went there on President's Day, 02/17/2025, to take a look at a sectional I had seen online and ask some questions in hope of furnishing my new apartment. I walked in and there were two people (one black, one hispanic) standing at the door but neither greeted me and my son, they went to attend to the people behind me. I went about looking for the couch I wanted and ended up seeing another one I found appealing. I called my sister and we discussed it. I looked at additional material and everything. Eventually I tracked someone down and asked for help while other associates walked on by multiple times. I found someone but, they handed me off to William. I spoke with William and was able to get an idea of how much it would cost for the unit and size I was looking for. William took the time to be patient while my son was being a little impatient with furniture shopping (3 yo). I asked him several questions about the size, depth and such and to price everything including the protection plan and email to me so I could have the numbers to review. He did just that and I appreciated the time he took to help as it almost made getting ignored not as frustrating, but for me who hates shopping in person, it justified the reasons why I still dislike it. While I wasn't prepared to buy the Artemis right then as I came in for the O'Phannon, I liked it enough to want to get more information and will consider it along with units I've seen at West Elm and AllModern. He informed me that changing the material to a different color would result in a delay of 7-9 weeks and I appreciated getting all this information upfront along with knowing 20% down payment is needed for all orders and offered various payment options. I didn't need financing, nevertheless it is nice being well informed and I will be able to decide now that I have all the information. I wouldn't be able to recommend this store if William isn't working. The same level of service should be given to all patrons, not just whom they think is best based on their schemas they have built in...
   Read moreWe recently visited the Lawrenceville store to purchase a bedroom set for our toddler. Ten seconds after walking through the door, we were attacked by an incredibly pushy and obnoxious salesperson while the other sales people looked at us like we had dollar signs attached to our backs. They don't even try to hide the fact they are only interested in your money and could care less about you.as a customer. It was so unnerving and sleezy. Despite our instinct to run, we made our way to the kids section with the salesperson following us, trying to engage us in meaningless conversation. We couldn't even think we were being talked to so much. We finally told the person to give us some time to look and while they did give us space, they were lurking around the corner watching us like some sort of voyeur. Just weird. We decided on a very well priced floor sample bed and a new dresser. When we got to the point of buying, we were told that we would need to hire someone to come to the store, disassemble the bunk bed, deliver to our home and reassemble. We couldn't just add it to the delivery of the new dresser because the bed was a floor sample. And, of course, the salesperson knew a "guy" who would gladly do it for us. So essentially, we would have to pau for two delivery fees...the one for the bunk bed and the other for the new dresser. At this point we just left without buyimg anything as it was totally ridiculous, having to endure this torture. We will never go back there. We will just buy something online and have it delivered so we dont again have to deal with these awful...
