Eyebrows Esthetic and Spa — Attraction in Lawrence

I have been going to Leandro for the past 4 years always love his work really professional and must of all I loved how he did my eyebrows. People always comment on how good and natural they looked. I refer him a lot of my friends because of the work he did and the service really professional. I went yearly he was always really flexible but this time when I try to book my yearly visit somehow I didn’t get him to return my call to book the appointment. Which I understand he must be busy that he had the assistant call. His “ assistant” did call I wasn’t to happy with the way to communicate with me. She needs a training on how to communicate with customers she’s really unprofessional. She has no costumer service. I’m sure he’ll be losing a lot of clients due to the lack of customer service she is providing over the phone. To bad I’ll be looking for another spa do my eyebrows. I give him 2 stars because of his assistant. Other wise he deserved 5 for the amazing working....
