This was my 1st time here. It was just TERRIBLE.
Some man was assigned to me. They had 2 other female techs, who were just sitting down, talking, doing nothing.
They sat me down on a chair whose pillow was dirty.. it had flecks of nail polish on it. The man was very unfriendly, said not a word, other than frantically pointing to the chair for me to sit on. He never asked if I needed to turn the chair massager on.
He was going rather fast, and hurt my toe 2Xs.. and was rather rough. He claimed he spoke no English, but said his name was 'Henry,' (everybody is hiding out). I told him Henry was not a Vietnamese name. Then he said "Hoang' or similar, I asked him.to repeat it, and he still said it really fast.
Then he picked up a Dirty large black Emery board and started filing my toenail. I said, "no!" Dont use that dirty one on my feet! He tried to argue, but I said, use a clean one, and he grabbed a 'white' one.
Everything was a big hurry! I had to do this and that quick!?
At the end, after put the polish on my nails, he thought it was smart to put my flip flops that I brought from home, on my feet, before the polish was dry. After that, he then put the clear top coat on. He did several touch ups and wiping polish off my skin.
When I arrived and asked him if he spoke English.. he said "no" but he lied. He spoke and understood english.
They left me sitting in the spa chair with my outside flip flops on, instead of directing me to the toenail fans section, in front near front door! Scared I would RUN OUT the door.. without paying the over-priced $25+ tip!
So... I sat in the chair for 20+ minutes, and no one ever came over and checked my nails, so I could leave!!!!
I had to check my own nails and get up from spa chair with no help! With flip flops on, and I'm 76.8 yrs old! They
Oh! Forgot the most important item! He only put 1 coat of silver polish on my nails, and because he didn't put enough polish on the brush.. each time he dipped it, and he applied the polish waay too fast, that some toenails look TERRIBLE!! That's what I paid $30.00 for!
And the nail tech that was obviously sick, was coughing.. sneezing.. WITHOUT covering her mouth, and with NO face mask on!!! When I 1st got there, she was loudly coughing in a black lady's face, while doing her fingernails!! I could not believe what I was seeing!!
And, I dont think my male tech even has a cosmetology license! Many of the techs in Georgia do not, because the GA Board of Cosmetics doesn't check on these shops, and when I reported a shop in Walmart once, on Pleasant Hill to the Board, they did absolutely nothing! They could care less, so pay attention ladies to what they're doing to your feet and your legs!! I'll never go back to this 'sorry' unprofessional Nail shop!! They should be giving me a...

Read moreI took my laptop in for diagnostic services, and was promised a call with a quote the next day. I never received the call, therefore I called them. I was told I would receive a call in another day. “Another day” (day 3) went by, NO CALL. I again contacted the store and expressed my dissatisfaction with James and all he did was patronize me and attempt to use this fast talking, repeating the same sentences “sales script” to persuade me that my laptop needed a motherboard which would be $250+ and the catch is, “this may not fix the problem”. I told him to just save my data from my hard drive, and I’ll pick up my device. That price was $49-69. Before I hung up the phone, I said “and do not damage my hard drive so I can’t get my data.” I know how these little companies play. Because your not falling for the “okie doke”, they will damage your device.
I contacted them the following day, because again no one contacted me, and now James says “ your data is unable to be retrieved because without the motherboard we can’t power on the device.” Lies…… if that was the case, that would of been stated when I told them to “just retrieve my data.” My laptop was powering on, minus black screen, when I brought it in- the hard drive was fine and intact. No, this establishment runs a game on customers to get more money.
End result, I told them I’ll pick my laptop up today (day 5). Bad business, horrible customer service, and not honest. I’ve warned you, STAY AWAY! Go to Geek Sqad where real techs are knowledgeable, educated on customer service...
