A1 PIZZA & PASTA — Restaurant in Lebanon

Tried to order from Puff Pizza tonight. Was told it would be about 45 minutes. An hour and a half goes by and still no pizza. I called them and the lady called the driver. He told her that he was at my house 20 minutes ago and tried to call me. Then she asked what the apartment number was. I told her that it was a house and that no one has been here and no one has called me. I even went back and checked my ring camera to make sure he didn’t come while I was out of the room, and nothing. She proceeded to tell me that the driver told her that he could come back to me. I told her no and that I wanted a refund. She said that it would take a few days for the refund to hit but it hit immediately which is a good thing. I was really excited to try the new local pizza spot and was let down. From now on, I will be sticking with what I know!...

We ordered in person tonight . Everyone there was so kind and friendly . As soon as the order was placed everyone jumped into action. I had no idea so many people were even in there 🤣 . Delicious pizza, valentines cookies and deep cheese sticks ! Kelsie took our order and she was a doll. Explained each specialty pizza and all the different menu items , and when we ended up with an incorrect item she had my pizza remade and delivered to my house . Y’all give these people a try . Well, my first time ordering. I didn’t know what to expect. They use a delivery service and they forgot my soda. I told them don’t worry. Uber gave me a refund. BUT LET ME TELL YOU! Their pizza was so good I forgot that they forgot my soda. Hahaha it was that good. The ingredients I could taste each one. So fresh and the cheese was perfect! The crust was cooked perfectly. I couldn’t stop eating! So happy to have a high need pizza in Lebanon! And big props for the owner calling me to apologize about the drink.
