COACH Outlet — Attraction in Lee

Had an amazing experience shopping here! Bree, the manager, was so lovely and sweet. She was very helpful and went out of her way to happily assist us with a smile :) I went to 2 other coach outlet locations in the past couple months, and I had the best, most positive experience at this location because of how kind and caring Bree was! She looked up bags for me that were available at other locations, helped me with a return, gift wrapped our purchase (other locations didn’t do that even when I asked, but Bree offered it here without us even asking!) and overall made us feel very welcome and taken care of! Bree went above and beyond without making it seem burdensome, and I have nothing but good things to say about her, she’s an amazing manager! I’m glad I came to this location and I will choose to come here in the future too over other locations. Thank you Bree for being incredibly pleasant, patient, kind and helpful! I love coach as it is my favorite brand but this store is absolutely disgusting. The looks on their faces, the hesitancy to help me (to even talk to me) is just saddening. I’m a customer (a happy one at that) and it’s just ruined because all 3 of those employees seen was just a black man associated with whatever stereotypes they believe. walked in and every single associate went out of their way to not speak to me, as a matter of fact no one even greeted me. The only time someone spoke to me was when i was leaving the store after not spending a dime. I was literally a foot away from an associate who was stocking the wall who intentionally ignored me.
