For my immuno compromised folks, just a heads up that they have a sign on the door saying "masks optional" and that they respect everyone's rights to choose whether they want to wear a mask or not. Because of this, we weren't able to go in. But if don't want to wear a mask - this is the place for you!
EDIT: I want to thank Meadow for their response to my review and offer some additional thoughts. I am absolutely sensitive to situations where folks are unable to wear masks. However, please recognize that saying "Masks Optional" in a state where the population is largely is resistant to masking practices and has a high rate of infection/hospitalization can perhaps provide a "pass" for folks who are simply doing so due to misinformation or wanting to make a political statement (i.e. not a legitimate exemption).
As someone who isn't able to go into places where masking isn't required, a "Masks Optional" sign with supplementary text around folks having the freedom to make their own choices (if I'm recalling correctly) does not make clear that optional status is a loving accommodation for folks who can't (rather than won't) wear a mask. There is a difference between these categories (can't and won't) and not making this distinction clear in the signage is detrimental to holding a safe space for all. I appreciate you making pickup and other options available. And no reasonable person would expect a expect a business to cater to just them. However, I ask you to please recognize how disappointing it was to go to a place that is is clearly working to provide a supportive space for all...to have signage that communicates it's a safe space for everyone but you.
These are very complicated considerations. And I can tell that Meadow's Crystals has thought a lot about this. Perhaps I can recommend more mindfully curated signage and increased advertisement about providing accommodations for opening early (perhaps I've overlooked it on your website and social media?). Thank your for your time and attention to this dialogue. I greatly...
Read moreReply Sorry Meadow but I don’t recall you saying hi to us, there was a lot of little children moving things back and forth between rooms, but I never saw you or recall you saying hi. If you had I would have said hi to you because I’ve talked to you before. I’m not an unfriendly person. Like I said the only person who talked to us was the girl who kept stalking us.
I used to love going to Meadows. However, I went there last weekend and was shocked to see how much the already outrageous prices had gone up to even MORE incredibly outrageously high prices. Yes, I KNOW your crystals are ethically sourced from family owned mines and yes you bless them etc., but are you saying that you have some majestic powers that the other reputable shops in Utah don't have? Those other shops also ethically source. They don't charge $40 bucks for a tiny crystal that is the size of a nickel. This is nuts. Not only that, the weird girl who worked there followed us around, kept complimenting us and talking to us to the point where we couldn't even look at anything because she kept coming back to say things. Finally we said forget it and started walking out and when we were at the front and she asked us if we were ready to check out. Um, we had NOTHING in our hands.....so I looked at her and I told her - No because the prices have gone up SO much since last year. She just sat there and stared at me. Said NOTHING. Awkward. Oh so now you are quiet??? Wow. There was the nicest girl who worked there last year, I wish I could remember her name, she was so helpful when we had questions, let us shop and look at things, didn't stare at us or follow us around. I can go to Lotus in Draper and not be harassed, have a MUCH more relaxed atmosphere AND a bigger selection and not be made to feel that I'm guilted into buying something because you are complimenting me into the guilt-buy tactic. That doesn't work for me, sorry. Also, the high price BS doesn't...

I do feel power and see transformation happening with these crystals. Even though I received different than that I ordered, they are doing good things for us. Meadows Crystal has some good vibes 😎
I’m leaving 3 stars because of not receiving the correct order twice now…. If I lived in Lehi and had the privilege of shopping in person then this wouldn’t happen. But if you as a company are offering for people to buy online and ship to them then please hire people who are paying attention to what someone ordered! I spent $483 and some change on a few crystals… I did quickly receive a call back once I said ‘hey I’m missing some items in my order and one is the Incorrect size’ and was told ‘is there a chance you missed the carnelian’ no, I was so excited to get mine, carefully unwrapping each piece and it was just not there. The celestite was a small I ordered a medium…. I received the rest now and thank you for the selenite gift added, that was really sweet, I do appreciate it. I did however have plans with specific energies/crystals and was expecting those. The new larger piece I think was meant to replace the celestite doesn’t look like Celeste but smoky quartz…. The first picture is what was advertised on the website but is no longer there. The second is what i received on my ‘replacement/forgotten’ part of my original order. I don’t suggest buying online but if I were ever in Lehi I would come in person And shop.
Note if the owner or store employee sees this my name on here is not the name under my purchase but you can find out by the price of $483 and details included. I also bought the last...
