update: just wanted to say thanks for the thoughtful response! I hope to see your business thrive! I truly hate to leave such a negative review, because Lexy has an amazing eye, the most unique items, and a darling storefront. BUT someone has to say it, and I hope that this feedback is well received and taken into account. I'll also say that this review is specifically about when the shop has special drops or events.... It's absolute madness. From waiting in line to trying clothes on to checking out... its so stressful and infuriating it makes you never want to come back!! First off, I don't understand why Lexy creates so much hype around getting their early and encouraging so many people to come at once. The store cannot handle it. I got to the store today about 15 minutes before opening and was about 35th in line. Once the shop opened at 10, the first 20 or so people were let in. I had to wait an hour to get inside.... AN HOUR! and I was there early! Once inside, things got worse. The space is small but definitely manageable and I think if it weren't for the dozen people waiting to check out it would not have felt crowded and more people could have been let in. But again.. why create this hype around getting there early when you can only let in 20 people at a time?? People are waiting hours and hours to get in. Next is trying clothes on.... there are 2 tent like dressing rooms and one mirror. I, along with 5 other girls took turns looking in the mirror while trying on different things. Why??? Why not line the hallway with mirrors and dressing rooms? Have employees managing lines at each dressing room! It was absolute chaos. Last was waiting to check out. Several girls all waiting in a cramped room and nobody knows who was there first. Additionally, the people waiting to check out are taking up precious space and blocking access to looking at the merchandise. You need additional check out lines for large drops like this, and preferably not in a tiny room with no space! Have people take a number so they can wait somewhere else or even have them check out in the hallway! I really love the creativity and uniqueness of the clothing and accessories, but the experience design is absolutely awful. We don't need free donuts or cake.. we just want to be respected and not have our...
Read moreI love this store! I follow a lot of online vintage/thrift stores and have followed Lexi’s for quite a while and it’s been so exciting to see the shop grow! They have a great variety in styles and prices plus there are some loyalty discounts too. I’ve gotten a handful of pieces from the store and love them all! Dress, robe, and skirt pictured below are some from the shop!
The shop is cute and cozy plus being on Lehi main means you’re nearby other stores/food that you can go after shopping. I haven’t been to see it with the expansion so I can’t speak to the space currently but I imagine it’s similar to before. Definitely recommend if you are looking for curated vintage, handmade and other small...
Read moreI love the clothing they have available, but their prices are shady. 3 times now I’ve picked an item that had a tag in the $30 range but when rung up it was much higher. They don’t honor the price on the tags and aren’t very helpful when you bring it up, they’ve always told me “yeah it’s actually [higher price].” Their pricing makes me wary of shopping here again since I don’t really know how much items will...
