Hannaford supermarket is my favorite grocery store. In fact, I wish it wasn't called a grocery store, because when you say "grocery ", phonetically, you have to say "gross," and there is nothing gross about hannaford. Friendly staff and top notch groceries - I can't give a higher compliment than top notch. Hannaford has way better prices than Shaws . I once paid $14 for 2 green peppers and a pound of green grapes at Shaws...that was a top notch rip off in my book which ironically puts Shaws at the bottom notch- the highest lowest designation I can give- and I don't take that lightly. So do yourself a favor, go to Hannaford, enjoy your shopping experience and don't pay $14 for stuff that shouldn't cost...

Read moreI LOVE Hannaford supermarket!! It's like walking into a neighborhood grocery from my younger days. Brings back such happy childhood memories. The only thing that I didn't like was that I had saved a digital coupon from My Hannaford rewards that would've saved me $10.00 and for some reason, it didn't register even though I entered the correct phone number at the register. That was disappointing. So my advice is to take advantage of the cheaper prices offered and the small town feel of Hannaford supermarket, just watch your receipt to ensure you're taking advantage of the savings that the store...
