Don't rent anything from Aaron's if you are unable to make a payment at some point in time during your agreement or like maybe a couple of payments during the month because you're in a hardship because either you lost your job or the economy's gone up too much because we went to Aaron's to make a payment on our washing machine and get it back since the manager said that they would hold it for us until my mom's payday so we can get the washing machine back and we only had to make a payment to get it back and we had the wash machine almost paid off and they proceeded to tell us that they had a few options for us and that we would not be able to get our washer back because as soon as it was returned it was sold and the manager Derek told us he would hold it and they don't supposedly hold anything so warning don't rent anything from him if you can't make a payment for a couple of payments during the month or however your agreement is because of whatever reason you may have good bad whatever it may be they are not a company that's six of their word and I hope...

Terrible to deal with, while i am in the hospital beyond sick clearly as my Dr wouldn't release me(they are aware) constant calls and visits to my house. Threatened my children scared the crap out of them. Even though i had called and let them know the situation, they still continued to harass & said oh thats too bad i need your payment NOW. Have a family member do it for you. Well im sorry my family is 800 miles away and they refused to accept an online payment and even blocked me from doing so!! Smh! These people are ridiculous! A few months ago under the previous manager, he was charging is triple what our payment was two times a month!
