Called this facility today to inquire about the price of their membership and consistently got rushed off the phone to just come in and inquire instead. I simply wanted to know what price they offer. Now I will drive farther than this place just because of that POOR REPRESENTATION. Refuse to give my money here. Transparent communication is important to drive customer satisfaction. As a first impression, this facility does not uphold company values and is only interested in taking money rather than providing a good experience. 0/10 would not recommend. I was also told that I can only come in to sign up and it cannot be done alone. What are you guys, still living in the stone ages? I could barely get out without the lady yapping off over me instead of listening to my inquires. I read an earlier review of someone who also experienced as issue with phone etiquette with this facility snd that is very telling. To that, I say there is simply no excuse, you either need to hire someone to work the phones or dont have one at all because it is hurting your business. Poor poor poor. More responsive online to reviews than you can be over the phone. Very telling. Too much non constructive time on your hands.

Nothing I said in this post was a lie, I promise I would not waste a minute of my time to lie about any experience that I had over the phone with your insubordinate company. I specifically asked what the other tiers of the membership prices were and homegirl acted like she couldn't provide an answer over the phone & continued to repeatedly say come in which is not what I wanted to do. AND if you were so called listening to the conversation then you would know the membership wasn't for me, it was going to be gifted to someone else but its fine because we decided not to go with such an OUTDATED FACILITY WITH NO AMENITIES TO OFFER charging roughly $40 a month with poor customer service etiquette. Read moreI have to agree with the others who can't recommend this gym. It just doesn't pass the vibe check. While the room itself looks new a lot of the equipment is just worn down. I'd upload photos to illustrate but this is one of those places that don't allow photos to be posted of the inside of the gym.
No, really, all the photos from actual members are from the outside. Convenient when you are trying to control the narrative to only allow yourself to post photos to promote a certain aestetic of the inside of your gym.
They even have an aggressive warning on the inside that photos or videos will get you banned.
I tend not to trust places that don't allow people to post photos with their reviews.
That aside, the multi purpose room has a gate, blocking off 75% of it saying that it is for use for coach led training(fine), during training hours (fine)...it was 11pm.
And it didn't seem like any of the regulars were comfortable in crossing that line as a bunch were crammed into the 25% "open" to the plebians.
All in all, I tend to believe the 1 star folks and their reasonable complaints more than the 5 star "best gym I've ever been to" types.

EDIT In reply to the owners response, it seems like I hit a nerve. Yes, my home gym is in New York, I didn't know that somehow disqualifies a person's opinion when discussing the sub par gym he went to in South Carolina.
Yeah, I saw the 360° view photos that YOU put up. The fact that you don't have photos posted by your clients is suspect, like you're hiding the warts.
And yes, I did see your club platinum award which boggles the mind since I've been to a plethora of AF gyms that are infinitely better than yours without Platinum status which makes me wonder what the award is actually based on.
You can talk about all your 5 star reviews by people who don't know any better but after going to hundreds of AF gyms I can tell you that the 1 star reviews your club receive are more accurate than all you fluff 5...

I joined April of 2023 and canceled 10-25 but it wasnt due to equiptment,staff or anything pertaining to this physical establishment. It did pertain to the transfer and rollover of credits. Credits being classes(1 hour training programs offered) that expired. Regardless of timeline a purchased credit should be honored. I had 29 credits on my account. Now they are gone. I do understand that everyone has a policy but this one ill never agree with. I joined with these programs in mind and 3 months into them had a cardiac issue . I notified the gym that my cardiologist said I could not continue training for a while. Well, that while was almost 9 months. In that time I tallied 40 plus credits. Some got lost in translation as the app is goofy at times and it got "lost". I didn't think much of it because id planned to go back and would just use the credits then. I went back in to discuss the credit balance on 10-14 and found that they were no longer there or valid. Asked for the current pricing for credits and thought about just doing it again because after all it is a great program for people like me without direction. The classes really do work.
