Went through the drive thru tonight around 7:30pm. Ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese (1 with bacon), a rodeo burger and 2 large fries with no salt (no drinks) and the total was $27. Pull up and there are 2 cars in front of us. 1st car pulls forward after paying to wait for their food, 2nd car pays and pulls forward to wait for their food behind the 1st car. 2nd car gets their food and the 1st car in still waiting. I pull up to the window to pay. The cashier bends down below the piece of plastic to speak and hear me. The 1st car is gets their food but the passenger gets out, walks up to the window stating that they are missing drinks and other items. The cashier tells her he'll bring it. 5 mins goes by and the passenger comes back to the window wondering where her drink is. Cashier hands her a drink. Another employee comes to the window and says an order so I tell him that's not mine. I tell him what I had and then him and the other 2 employees are so confused and the cook is walking around with a Bluetooth portable speaker in his hand. The cashier asks me to pull forward and I do. While waiting for our order, we noticed a younger man in the play area but all the doors to the restaurant we locked. The only thing i could think of is that he is with one of the employees working. The 2nd employee brings i out a few minutes later, I check the bag for 2 whoppers, 1 rodeo burger and 2 large fries, it's there and we leave at 7:50pm. We get home (3-5 minutes away) and 1 whopper is correct, the other one isn't and the rodeo burger is also wrong. The fries had a heavy amount of salt and everything was ice cold. So I was going to call the BK "how we did" hotline and I go looking for the receipt which is not in or on the bag. So now I have no proof that I was there to show them what I ordered and when. This was my 1st time at this location and it...
Read moreOrdered my food through the drive-thru and everything seemed to be fine. but then I was asked to pull up and wait for my food to be made because I had a large order, no problem. Then as I go to pull up and I'm waiting for my food to be brought to me 25 minutes pass and I'm still waiting for my food. I pull around the front side of the store and see what the issue is and why was the wait so long (meanwhile all five of the other cars behind me never in the Drive-Thru had already gotten their food and left).
as I walk inside this poor woman is yelling at the manager about her order and how she was treated through the drive-thru. The manager is taking every precaution that she can to help assist the lady and the lady still continues to yell (which makes all the other customers they are very uncomfortable). a customer that was in line of head of me I said that she had was sitting there and yelling at the manager for a continuous 30 to 45 minutes and will not stop haggling the manager as she was trying to help other customers as well as trying to manage the woman that was yelling.
Said yelling woman then left the store very upset and threatening to slander thee credibility of the business. (all I have to say is is this woman should not have treated the manager that way and she was trying to in every effort to help her from what I saw).
As for my food, I got mine quickly and then left the store, but by that time my food was already cold & I was very disappointed.
I guess what I'm trying to get out of this, is that this BurgerKing establishment needs to hire more employees/managers to help better assist the customers in a situation like this rather then having 4 people on staff run the entire store during a busy hour, so they don't get disappointed costomers...
Read moreThe only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because of the employees. Tiffany the cashier was doing a great job. She was polite, friendly and doing her best. It was busy and she was by herself at the registers, yet she kept a smile. I noticed that all the employees seemed to be working quickly and as a team. There was a tall manager expediting and he too seemed friendly. This was a nice change, as most BK's you go into have horendous service. The reason I gave 2 stars to this BK is the food. BK is having a big problem. They are steadily going down hill. My BK jr whopper lacked taste. My boyfriend decided to try the new BK tacos....my suggestion...DON'T DO IT!! They tasted (in his words) nasty, like frozen Old El Pasos mini tacos with too much sauce. I can tell you from the look of them they did not look appetizing. The shell looked chewy and from the way he bit into it I could tell it was. Another reason NOT to is because 30 mins later.....he was clutching his stomach and sweating. We had to stop our grocery shopping and go home so he could go to the bathroom. I feel the problem with BK is they've lost their way. It has to be on a corporate level. Why on earth would they add tacos to their menu? Shouldn't they try to get back to the quality taste they USED to have first? And if they HAD to add something.....why not a hot dog instead? It makes more sense. Most of all, they need to focus on quailty.....of their food and their employees because this is the only BK I've been in for quite some time that AT LEAST the employees were nice and...
