Parlor Salon — Attraction in Lexington

I used to come to this location when it was a different salon in 2018?. Fast forward & Parlor Salon moved in & I figured I’d give them a shot. I was originally scheduled for a tone/glaze. Tyler greeted me, I explained my situation & he referred me to Aaron, who specializes in blonding. They both were super honest that a toner would not be helpful, ultimately my hair just didn’t process long enough by my previous stylist. ✨I WAS SOLD✨ They could have easily took my money, slapped a toner on my head and sent me on my way! Nope, they both listened, explained, truly cared, understood how I wanted my hair color to look. I’ve been coming back to Aaron ever since (3-5? Years I believe) I came to Aaron with damaged uneven platinum blonde mess! He worked his magic & restored my confidence! He gave me tips and now my hair has grown a ton! Super cute salon, clean, great atmosphere, I LOVE the products they use, Tyler has a great team, great personalities!!...

Ty took care of my hair when I started growing it out and directed my hair growth to heights I had never achieved before, gave me tips and tricks to maintain and style it and keep it shiny and healthy. And when I finally decided to donate my locks he was as hesitant as I was because we worked so hard for those strands of memory. Many messages at random times when I’d freak out about losing a ton of strands, late night texts about products, styling, and maintenance. (I work night shift.) This man goes above and beyond and takes AMAZING care of his clients and is so sweet and personable. AND WHEN I TELL YOU HE KILLED THE FADE GAME! Sis…he sent ‘em to the Gulag on this one. Best fade I have EVER had. Not only did he enhance my look but now he’s given me a massive ego and you can’t tell me NUFFIN 😂😎. A+++. If Parlor Salon isn’t your Salon…you’re sleepin’ on your hair game.

I can't sing Parlor's praises loud enough. I have been coloring and bleaching my own hair for 15 years (only having it professionally done a handful of times), and after deciding to go back to my natural color, I went to see Tanner. Since I was already in need of a haircut and a keratin treatment, and because I was making such a drastic change (going from bleach blonde to brunette), I wanted to start off on the best foot. Let me just say, I could not possibly be happier with how my hair turned out! Parlor's space is open and inviting, and everyone I've ever interacted with has been so welcoming and friendly. I have recommended them (and Tanner specifically) at every opportunity to anyone looking for a new stylist.
