10.16.2024 Update: I mentioned in my previous review that the service is not usually friendly and I stand by that completely. A recent experience solidified that and I have not nor will not be going back. I used to stop by once sometimes twice a week because of the convenient location and I never had any issues with the food. I have now been going out of my way to not patronage this location. This is a note that I sent to corporate about a month ago “I ordered the Ribeye Steak & Egg Biscuit Combo via the mobile app. However, when I arrived the manager said that they don't carry those because "they cost too much". She said that she had requested that corporate remove that item from the ordering system but they haven't. She said for me to choose another item. I was in a hurry, so I just said the super bacon because I have had it before and didn't have time to look at the menu. After I left, I looked at the prices of the item I ordered and the item I received and the item I ordered was a dollar more than the item I received so I was overcharged. There was no apology and I should not be able to order an item that isn't available.” The response I received from corporate was in short, the store will be in touch. It has now been a month with no contact from the store. Obviously, the dollar of overcharge is not the issue. It’s the principle of the consistent complete lack of customer service and it starts at the management level.

Read moreWhat has Hardees done to the Big Cheeseburger? We ordered a bag full yesterday as these are a favorite of ours and friends. Never again. Outside of the pattie being daisy shaped, there was no beef flavor and the bun to pattie ratio was insulting. There was mustard on the burgers which we aren't accustomed to, and a few had only half a single ring of onion on the sandwich. There's my dissatisfaction. Moving on to profitability and bottom line for Hardees from an accountant. For 2 orders of fries we received 24 packets of ketschup; also included in our bags were 31 napkins (I counted). Inventory control is paramount. I would appreciate this reaching not only local management, but onto regional and corporate as well. Perhaps some training would be beneficial. Read moreWe got our food. The order taker was a (a 20 something male) was very unresponsive to the point of being rude. A lady (maybe late 20s or 30s) came over to help which improved the process; which likely wouldn't have been completed with the first gentlemen. We didn't get part of the order and was missing a cup. When I arrived at the register to let them know of the missing items. It seemed like a huge incomvenice by the original guy who placed our order. The burgers were not cold..but the cheese wasnt even melted after all the whole process.
The parking lot of empty and I can see why. The food was okay. There is another hardees close by, I'd defiantly go back to that one again but not this one.
Ive had worse service but being practically empty I felt the service could have been much better.
