ChefauChef — Attraction in Lincoln

Rehearsal dinner for our daughters wedding was last Friday night and the food was excellent! The church (older church in a small town) does have an elevator but it sadly and unexpectedly was not working. My mother (Grandmother of the bride) is in a wheelchair and could not get downstairs for the dinner portion of the evening. I had gone downstairs in a frenzy to figure out how to get make sure she and her aide had something to take with them back to the hotel.

Kira (our ChefauChef attendant/server for the evening) was so helpful and efficient in making sure that Granny got her dinner wrapped up to go! When I (in a state of exhaustion and panic) "lost it" in the basement kitchen alone and emotional, ugly crying, Kira sweetly asked if I needed a hug and made me feel like I had someone to help make this hurdle just a little easier. I want to thank ChefauChef for hiring such a great staff member and let them know she did a great job! Kira was very professional and respectful all the while having the exact amount of caring and kindness that every small business owner dreams is the front lines of their company! I used Chef au Chef for my wedding recently and could not have been happier. The entire process from beginning to end was very easy, and I think that prices are fair. They provided a menu to pick from, and I ended up picking a less traditional selection for the reception. Just one person was sent to the venue (who arrived on time) and set up everything in time for dinner, observed the buffet while people picked up their food, and boxed up/ cleaned up everything after that. We had ChefauChef cater our wedding and it was absolutely delicious!! Aaron and team are extremely easy to work with. The staff the night of the wedding were so kind and helpful - we loved them! We also needed a few vegetarian meals and wow! They were incredible! Our vegetarian friends were so happy to be able to have a meal for themselves that was super flavorful and meat-free.
