I've lived in Lincoln alp my life. Born and raised. I remember a story about these dolls getting so mad at a customer that they actually taped their house. Fast forward a few years and my mom freshness a few things from them. Most of which she had to return because it was either not what she chose at the store or it was a very used item. Nicks in the wood. Scratches and scuffs in the appliances. Crazy forward Sebago more to me renting from them. I found a can and carry for 100. I put down 50, kooks than enough arms was going to pay the remainder come 2 weeks. I missed it by 1 day and they start calling. While I'm arty whirl and can't answer. I then get a message from one of my contacts, then my mom telex me they called her. Ok, no problem. I call them let them know what's up and go in go make my lady payment. Not. I break out with 60 thinking that's gonna be it. Lies. Plus the guy that called me said that I hear to soak to him because he was my account manager. Dude, wrong answer. When a customer asks to speak with your supervisor, it's a done deal. Add it turned out, I still owed them 23 and some change. They call again on a Monday or Tuesday arms I let them know I will be there on Thursday and the guy tells me how much and is more than what they told me. Hold up now! He's won't and I'm right. It's now Wednesday and they are calling me again. At whisk so I don't pick up. I'm talking with my mom later ands she tells me they called her. I've had it! I call and they say it was a courtesy call and t by ebony reason they called my contacts was because they hadn't heard anything from me. But I just talked toy you on Tuesday and told you Thursday. Now onto a phone call I made regarding an item I rented from this establishment. I recently rented an iMac. Under the impression that it was newer (2019 new). So there's that. I called due to the keyboard and mouse not having the keys necessary to fully utilize the iMac's features. I currently have a generic Windows style keyboard.
I called to express this to the staff and they consulted with the manager Nate about this. His response? "I don't know what to tell you, that's what it came with". Not really what you want to hear.
Once again! The staff I have worked with are great!! Upfront and blunt, and at the same time professional and understanding. Maybe the store manager can take a page from their book.
I have had my ups and downs with these folks and they have worked with me the best they can. Stay in contact and work with them.
