Christian Jewelers — Attraction in Lincoln

The only reason why there is one star here is that I’m thankful at least one item was returned to me that I dropped off for repair. I dropped off a diamond tennis bracelet that was the ONLY item left to me from my father. I am an only child and my father passed away. My stepmother literally withheld EVERYTHING and by the grace of god I was able to be given the one item from a previous marriage a year after he died. I dropped it off to have the clasp changed. He wanted to charge me $150!!! I didn’t realize how high that was! As life does, months went by and numerous financial responsibilities popped up including an unexpected death in the family, and I just didn’t have the time or money to go back and pick it up. When I did finally return, the watch that I had dropped off with the bracelet was all they could find of my order. HOW SPECIAL!!! So they inherited an expensive diamond tennis bracelet!! If only they knew how HORRIBLE this was!! This was literally THE MOST PRECIOUS ITEM I could have ever gotten back from them and SUCH HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I don’t care how long it took for me to come back! It’s COMPLETELY WRONG to keep such a meaningful and EXPENSIVE PEICE!! Now all I have is the paper receipt from dropping it off....

Christian Jewelers always delivers an amazing experience. Eli and Christian are extremely knowledgeable and clearly love what they do. Over the past few months they have repaired a heirloom pocket watch that had been passed down through five generations and couldn’t be put in the hands of just anyone, they also repaired and restored an antique Rolex watch which came out amazing. Most recently I purchased a Beautiful diamond ring for my wife. After several trips to the big box stores at the malls dealing with people who were trying to pressure me into purchasing overpriced junk rings I smartened up came to Christian’s, they walked me through a no pressure buying process and took the time to explain the difference and importance of the many different characteristics of diamonds and all the important things to consider when purchasing a diamonds, the outcome was absolutely perfect in appearance and price. I can't say enough of the product, the service, the care that I received from the staff at Christian Jewelers. They were recommended by a friend, and I will always purchase jewelry from them going forward. I had my own engagement ring that was literally falling apart, yet the diamond was beautiful. I also had my mom's diamond and wanted to combine the two. They were very honest and helpful in providing me direction on what I could do to retain the integrity of the jewelry, yet preserve the personal history. The result was beyond what I expected. I didn't even know where to start, and the guidance and creativity were so appreciated. My ring is stunning, and I will return to create a pendant for my mom's diamond as it needed a bit more care.
