Their IT department isn't very helpful, I needed a program on my computer that would scan directly to my computer instead of to my email. Well I spoke with 5 different IT guys before I found the one that knew what he was doing. They wasted hours of my time clicking around on my computer just to end the call with a "well I don't know what to tell ya". I finally gave it a rest out of pure irritation and called back when the program was absolutely needed I called Monday at 9am and they were "busy" the receptionist took my message and told me the IT department would call me back next, I called them at 3 when I hadn't heard from them and she gave them another message. Tuesday and Wednesday morning around 9am I called again and it was the same waiting game I played on Monday. Thursday morning rolls around and I finally got someone. The Gentleman I spoke with knew what he was doing but would get irritated when what he tried didn't work and would get sassy with me when he was telling me what to do on my end, at one point he even asked me "whats wrong with scanning to your email why do you even need this program? What are you using it for" When I told him why the irritation and sass continued.. Moral of the story try not to have technical issues...

I was apologizing for having him come ou,t and he assured me that it was no bother at all and I actually believed him!!! He was professional but also personable. It was a crazy day here and he went quickly to work while we all went on with our work. When he had taken care of repairs, he took the time to explain how we might improve our success when printing with Glossy paper. He stayed until I had printed several copies just to be sure it worked and also recommended some better paper for future jobs. Extremely helpful on all counts. Read moreI have to give a huge shout out to Les Olson Company-IT and particularly Jackson— The insurance agency I work for and myself worked with some other IT companies over the years but none has come close to Les Olson in my opinion in terms of their expertise and professionalism and kindness etc. For example, Jackson was able to help get some key programs installed again on my current computer after past one had got some severe damage and the difference between my operations now and then is night and day.
