I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience from last night around 7:00pm: Pulling up to the drive-thru menu at this location, I noticed that Little Caesars now offers thin crust hot n ready pizza's, so I decided to order one. I was informed that they didn't have any ready, but it would only take 5 - 7 minutes to make more. So I ordered one regular, and one thin, and went up to the window and paid. Shortly after I was informed that they were actually cleaning the oven, and that it would take 15 minutes for that to be done. Reluctantly, I pulled into a parking spot and waited. After waiting for over 30 minutes, my wife went inside the building and discovered that they had forgotten us, and never made the pizza. She was told they had "misplaced the pizza" but employees in the back could be heard stating that they never made it, and "they're still here?", which I can only take to mean they assumed we would just leave without getting the pizza we paid for. Said employees in the back were also just standing around, eating food and not working. There was a certain young woman in the back who could be heard speaking with expletives, saying; "If one more f@$!ing customer orders an extramostbestest, I am going to f@$!ing scream!" loud for all customers to hear. My wife was then given a regular pizza that had been sitting out (part of what we ordered) for who knows how long, and was told that they would hurry and make our thin crust pizza. She came back outside with me, and we proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes before she went back in. After another 10 minutes more, she finally came out with our thin crust pizza. She told me there were other customers in there who's orders were getting messed up or forgotten, and that the employees in the back were still clowning around and not working. The young woman working the counter, window and registers, and a young man stocking drinks up front were the only ones doing their jobs. I'll give this location 2 stars because the food itself was what I would expect, but my experience from the employees was rather off-putting. It shouldn't take an hour to get two "Hot N' Ready" pizzas. I've also attached a picture of how they cut my pizza, which...
Read moreThis is by far the WORST Little Ceasar's I have ever been to. I should have read the reviews to this location before coming. This is the first time I've come to this location, but obviously my experience isn't a fluke because other people have said the same thing. There is absolutely nothing "Hot-n-Ready" about this place.
Let's set the scene: Friday night. 6:40 PM (dinner time)
I pull into the drive thru which has 11 cars in front of me. I thought "No problem. This will go quickly. It's dinner time." 15 minutes in and I have moved 1 car length. 20 minutes in, and 6 cars away from the voice box, I decided to order Domino's Pizza and have it delivered to my house. It got to my house before I even pulled up to the voice box. I reached the voice box at 7:27 PM. That is nearly 50 minutes just to ORDER. To add insult to injury, the drive-thru is only one car wide, so once you've pulled into the drive thru, you have no way to get out until you get past the voice box and 3 cars away from the window. When I asked the order taker, they had no pizzas ready. NONE. During dinner rush on a Friday night. The excuse they had was that it was "Friday, dinner time and close to Halloween". This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm surprised this location even has a drive-thru if it cannot keep up with standard rush hours.
Not only was this a horrible experience, but as a business, you guys are losing out on a ton of money because your speed of service is impressively slow. I'm sure at one point this location was great, but whether it be mismanagement of day-to-day operations or ineptitude in the kitchen, you are well below...
Read moreNever been more frustrated with service in my life. My wife and I ordered on the app and set it for in store pickup. It takes an hour for our order (just 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads) to be ready. I show up to the store and try and go into the store. It’s locked with 5 customers on the inside with a sign on the door reading “short staffed. Drive thru.” I tried getting people’s attention to get in and when I finally did I got an angry customer yelling at me to take the drive thru even though I was there to pick up an order that said was ready. Obviously they had been waiting a very long time as well. I try the drive through and get boxed in immediately with a dozen other cars. Sat there for 20 minutes without moving. Called their number… nothing. All the cars were turned off from how long they had been idling. After another 10 minutes all the cars behind me decide to back out and leave. I backed up as well to try the door again to see if I could just get my order and go but the same thing happened. There is no way to cancel an order on the app and the workers weren’t picking up the phone so I got back in line (which now had 4 more cars than I had left it) for another 30 minutes before finally making it to the window to hear 3-5 workers in the kitchen yelling at a male worker who had answered the incessantly ringing phone. Apparently attempting to have good customer service is worthy of being yelled at. When places are short staffed, I can normally sympathize with them and have patience but this was a whole ‘nother level of incompetence. 0/5 if I could. Wasted 2 hours of my Saturday...
