Moved back to the area after being in Boston for 4-5 years... and found this spot via Google Maps and its Reviews. I shot my shot and man I have to say the ITC Barbershop is the best experience I've had in my life. These guys make the atmosphere an enjoyable one. All friendly barbers and the whole place is a vibe.

I was greeted by Mike at the door for an appointment I had scheduled and he got right to business. I'm not good with really knowing how to say what I want for my cut but he knew what I was talking about and I've never been happier. If you're thinking of getting a cut here I recommend it 100% along with the hot towel facial.

Made an appointment over the phone. The day of the appointment spent the whole morning calling to reschedule. Never answered the phone. At the time of the appointment, the barber scheduled calls me to inquire as to where I was. I told him I could not make it and would like to reschedule.
