I’ve never been treated so rudely by such an establishment. I felt already judged before I entered the facility. I made an appointment and was on time. I was told by the rude gentleman behind the counter. That he would not see my dog today. No explanation was given. And when I asked why, he scuffed at me. And told me to leave. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I was rushed out. And mind you it was early morning. And was on time for my scheduled appointment. I should’ve known. All that was missing was the owner telling me “we don’t serve your kind”. I’m glad I left, because the smell inside was mirrored from the owners negative vibe. Save your money and dignity and go somewhere else. Where you and your pet will be treated with respect. Zero stars. I wish I could give this place...

I have a Dalmatian, her name is Kona, and I use to bring her to petco. Although they did a great job nothing compares to here. Kona is now 3 and I noticed that she has a great time here, she goes more easily, and I know they treat her with love here. Not only that, but the service is cheaper and the quality is better. My dog smells better for longer and it’s obvious she has a good time. She obviously doesn’t really get haircuts or anything, but I would recommend pet spa for everything. I had a hard time in the beginning, because Kona is my first dog I owed by myself, but I have trust in them for boarding and getting...
