Altar'd State Park Plaza Mall — Attraction in Little Rock

I went shopping here to find a dress for my son’s wedding, and let me tell you the staff was WONDERFUL. They were so sweet and helpful, and I found a great dress that I absolutely love! 💕 That being said, on my way out I witnessed something that really bothered me. Three employees were at the front, and it looked like one employee was yelling at two young ladies until they were in tears. 😔 As a mom, it broke my heart to see that, and honestly, I almost said something because no employee deserves to be treated that way in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I truly love this store and what it stands for, but if this is how management chooses to treat their employees, I don’t feel comfortable being there. A God-based company should be showing respect to ALL, especially their staff. I sincerely hope those girls...

I love the other location but this one has some rude employees. The Chenal girls are very responsive and respectful, these girls are not. I did not receive the “ultimate experience” here. I will be returning to give this store another try in the future and will come i. with an open mind. Hope the staff changes or the manager gets a new attitude. I do not put up with people who stereotype or put down others. I witnessed employees stereotyping African American ladies who were just browsing. Definitely a red flag for someone who is like them but looked at differently because of clothing choices. Do better next...

I went in on Sunday with my niece to go shopping and had the worst experience ever at this store. She is 9 and wanted to try out different options and we were shot down by the one sales rep that was willing to talk to us and she made us seem like a bother. Nobody else talked to us and we had to get our own dressing room. Little did they know....they are losing business acting this way.
