I used to love this Chick-fil-A. Long story short the management/manager is a jerk for no reason, my long rant after this is why. I used to come here like every other day for my girlfriend to buy her the frosted coffees due to her obsession. I have to drive around 30 minutes to get back home, so I typically pay for two of the frosted coffees and ask them to put it in one of the large insulated cups to keep it "frosted" during my drive. This used to not be a problem, but lately management has changed or something and they no longer will put the drinks into one large cup for me. Seemingly small issue honestly, but my problem is more how they handle it recently. The employees were very nice about it and simply said they would ask about it. When I pulled around to the window after paying I got to see the employees asking the manager lady about putting it in the cup and she quite literally waved her hand at them and walked away. If they had just given some generic "it's company policy" bs or something that's one thing but management openly being rude to not only me but the employees just trying to help me is super uncool. Very far from the typical Chick-fil-A experience at other locations. I don't usually write bad reviews but this is uncharacteristically bad service. Also just for another small rant, it doesn't even make sense to not use the large cup if I am paying for the two coffees still? Two frosted coffees fill one large cup perfectly, but by not just using the one cup, they use a cardboard cup holder, two of the small plastic cups, one large cup, and the three straws for something that only needs one cup and a straw. It logically does not make sense to make my life more difficult and waste more of the store resources while also being an ass about it. The rest of the food is still pretty good which is why I gave it two stars. It's just hard to enjoy it while covered by coffee from putting my drinks into a cup and throwing some extra straws in the trash for some baby turtles to choke on. Read moreThis is my third visit to this location in the last 2 weeks. Only one visit was decent. Today I stopped in before work and ordered a hash brown scramble bowl. The young lady who took my order went on and on about how tired she was and didn't want to be there. I get my order and I should have checked it before I left. There were only 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the bowl. I turned around to return it. I went to the same line. There weren't any cars behind me but but lines were full in front of me. I explained what was wrong and showed it to the same young lady who took my order and she said I would just have to wait in line. I asked her could she not just take it inside and tell them what's wrong so that they can possibly have it ready by the time I pull back around. She said that she couldn't leave her spot. There were no cars behind me in either line. So I asked again. She said that she couldn't take it in because she would be charged for it. She said that when I pull around they would make it a priority and fix it right away. That was my experience with Mia. I waited in line and it barely moved. The manager was running food out to cars and I was able to get his attention and held the bowl up so that he could know I was returning. He just threw his hands up and said I'd have to wait. After over 10 minutes of waiting, I finally made it to the window and showed him the order and explained what was wrong. He looked at it and shook his head and told me they would remake it. He told me to pull forward. I did. Then he told me to pull into a spot. I sat there and waited another 5 minutes and they rushed to get other vehicles out of the line and on their way. When my order was finally brought to me, there was no apology and by then I was blocked in by the line. I was told to pull up so that there could be a 0 wait time on the ticket, only to have to wait even longer for their mistake. At least the food was remade correctly. Read moreRude staff and apparently management, no attention to detail they obviously don't care about the customers, starts with a mobile order pull up wait 5 mins not busy they just are taking other peoples orders where you pick up the food 🤦♂️, after a 5 min wait and 3 cars behind me, and a male employee finally screams asking my name (from inside the restaurant I'm a lane away with a truck blocking my view in my vehicle)!mind you it's a mobile order I've been here 5 mins only mobile order here and car and color is listed as well I yell back my name frustrated I shouldn't have to scream he should walk over and ask , ok another 2 min wait then some young white lady with a attitude screams asking the same thing what's my name, I scream back and mention I've been here over 5 mins and then she screams "did I check in?" I reply of course I've been waiting over 5 mins already gave my name now to multiple people and she tells me not to be rude 🤦♂️ All over one milkshake! Sincerely someone never revisiting this...
