I don’t know why the Livermore location has such a low review. The staff when I visited were extremely enthusiastic and very informative on their products in store and were very eager to help me out! I went in today to look at their inventory and was surprised by how much they had! I went in, not expecting to buy anything, but I caught my eye on one of their pants and their information about it eventually made me buy it! Also, everything in the store is 15% off as off now which is great, along with their slashed prices as an outlet store! I look forward to wearing Arc’teryx and visit this...

The products and prices are good on their own, but this store does not do a good job of representing that. It is already difficult to get cell service in the mall, and the staff here don't even know their own wifi password. When I called ahead to ask for information, what they told me directly contradicted what the staff told me once I came to visit. They claim to have a generous return policy, but after looking at the receipt you see that it arbitrarily excludes almost half the store.
