I was there yesterday with a friend of mine who is in her 90s and we were there doing the process of getting our tickets to the concert. It was over 100° while we were standing in line and I went up to the counter asking if there was a place that I could place my friend or set her down so that she didn’t have to stand in that Hot weather and since the tickets were under her name, she had to be there. So I went up to the counter and asked, and the lady at the counter told me NO! I asked if she could talk to the manager. I repeated this lady is 92 years old and she’s handicapped. I don’t mind waiting in the line and I told him that, but after they talk to the manager, the manager even said no, and they told us to just come back later.
