Easy to find location near downtown to meet up with friends or family for a quick picnic lunch. Picnic tables on site. This park does not have a playground, so cannot really recommend for families with young children looking to play. It's the site of a local historical museum, though, which has interesting permanent and rotating exhibits. This park can be very busy during the Farmers Market on Thursday afternoon/eves (seasonal), but has not been crowded at other times we have stopped by except during scheduled events.
