Poor customer service with horrible experience.
I stood in queue to enter store for 10-15mins in hot summer with my 3 year son. My wife went to restroom meanwhile. Then when we entered the store, I requested the lady the door to allow my wife to enter so we can shop together but in fact got a rude response of 'no, she has to wait in line' again!!
Wow! is the how the expectation from Nike store is that family shop separate? The rudeness in the voice is justifiable that either sales associate doesn't want to work there or they have too much ego! I said thank you and left the store to join my partner outside....

Ended up finding a cool backpack that was on the floor near the registers. Only issue is that an employee saw me looking at it and very obnoxiously gave me a "oh that's not for sale, it's on hold."
