The North Face Livermore Outlet — Attraction in Livermore

Drove about 2hrs to get to Livermore after work. Google says this store closes at 7pm. Parking in this place takes some time and walking to the store from the lot is a treck. I got to the doors at 6:28pm, I see a line of about 20 people, so I join the back of the line only to be refused entry. I’m the last of two people. The young lady said they were short staffed and couldn’t allow me in. I Would of bought a great gift for my wife if I knew what North Face was all about, when I look about the world of people with North Face gear on, I mostly see disheveled young people wearing this expensive label. I Went to Colombia around the corner instead and picked a classy jacket and some other apparel. Very happy with my $400 spend. No wonder stores are struggling to stay open and in business. I recently visited The North Face store and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The mandatory line to enter the store, coupled with the rainy weather, made the wait particularly inconvenient.

the treatment from the staff made me feel like nobody. The lack of attention and customer care was disappointing. It's disheartening when a store fails to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

I didn't feel heard or valued during my visit, and it's important for any establishment, especially one representing a reputable brand like The North Face, to prioritize customer satisfaction.
