Visited the Tumi Store in the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, Ca. The staff were friendly and pleasant, courteous and professional, but Eddie (Edward) stood out for us. He answered all our questions, was not pushy at all, was so service oriented and my husband and I felt he laid the red carpet for us, so to speak, making us feel like true VIPs. He met all our needs as my husband was also looking to get a wallet and a cross body bag. The store did not have the luggage we picked, but Eddie called the other Tumi Store in Milpitas to check and see if they can hold the 2 pieces of luggage for us, as he knew we needed it for an upcoming international travel. Talk about going the extra mile for his customers. I will recommended this store to my family and friends. Tumi products have the best quality and will last us for a long time, and having staff like Eddie to assist you simply complement the exceptional service we got and expected from Tumi. Five stars...

I ordered some backpacks for pickup. I didn’t like them and tried to return them before I left the store. But they couldn’t accept the return based on my online receipt; they needed the in-store receipt. But they never gave me one! It was stapled to the bag they kept the backpacks in until I came but they took the backpacks out of the bag and never gave the bag (and receipt) to me. If I had walked out of the store I would have never been able to return them. When I did return them, I didn’t get the credit back on my card. I made purchase from the same guy and there was none of the warmth or helpfulness I tend to get at Tumi - even the outlet stores.
